Visited this lab location to get blood draw ordered by my Dr. It was so efficient. I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened and no one else was in waiting area. I checked in on the tablet and was called back in a few minutes. It inky took few minutes and I was on my way. So quick and painless. Great experience and would recommend this lab location.

The nicest, most loveliest staff. They really helped ease my way in a difficult situation and I left feeling significantly less anxious and stressed out. The wait was also very brief and the clinic is efficient. I have had several great experiences here.

The virtual visit was fine. To get the test ordered that I needed a nurse had to call me and I missed the call. you are directed to call back to the main # where you sit on hold for literally hours. This system doesn't work and I was very unsatisfied after paying $79 for a virtual visit.

Great Urgent Care but beware the online program to reserve an appointment is glitchy. I reserved an appointment as well as another lady in the lobby and they had no record of either appointment when checking in. This turned in to a two hour wait.

Great staff and Doctors. Excellent urgent care as well. My primary care doctor is here and they have an excellent team. All the urgent care doctors and staff are Very friendly and caring. PA Laura is awesome!

Suffering from major pain from ear infection. Staff was prompt and professional. I will use this location again for my health care needs in the future,(if necessary assuming my regular health care facility is not available.

I was in a car accident during the covid-19 virus and had trouble finding a provider that was open, let alone have an appointment available. I made an online appointment with the providence Sunnyside immediate care and was shown compassion and got the best care quickly! Thank you

What a great facility, with competent and caring staff. I had no idea what was breaking out all over my face. I'd heard of Shingles, but never expected to develop it. It was immediately identified by the doctor, prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and because of the close proximity to an eye, I was referred immediately to a nearby Eye Health Center. I will always use this center for urgent and intermediate care!

As usual, our visit was great! One of the things this office offers is a flat-fee sports physical for Middle/High school sports. This visit was specifically for that. Same day, in and out in under an hour, and way more convenient than waiting a long time for our PCP to get us in! Staff was friendly, kind, and efficient. Thanks Providence! :)

Better than my own primary care doctor. Close and convenient. In and out. Doctors , Nurses and staff are friendly, kind and considerate. They spend as much time as we need and explain everything to us clearly so we understand. They are extremely thorough. Best part is they are open on evenings and weekends.

Took a long time, argued about my symptoms, basically charged a lot of money to have me drink orange juice and take Tylenol. Not impressed.

We've taken our kids here multiple times for various illnesses/injuries. We feel they do a thorough job at examining and ordering tests when necessary. I feel very comfortable bringing myself or my kids here when our primary care provider isn't open/available.
