I came in looking for an eyeliner, and was helped by Kat I believe was her name, and I’m pretty sure she was the manager, she talked down to me or so it felt like and all the other employees looked super uncomfortable around. Great environment, the music is going and they always have nice knowledgeable staff and I mean its MAC always top of the line products and they have a recycling program which is awesome to bring in your used containers and get a free product and you can do up to 6 times a day I think. I will always shop here. And they ate great with re-directing you if you find something that doesnt look good on you. Other places care more about the sale then the customer thank you MAC!

Such amazing service! I don’t know that we’ll go anywhere else! The person helped our little friend get the other lip stick sample off from the other place. Then try on the ones they wanted. Such a positive experience!

I know nothing about makeup at all. Every time I've been in any other make up store no one has been helpful and pretty much just told me to watch videos and help myself. Not here! Jessica helped me find a concealer and helped apply a sample so I could see what it was like and how to use it. I am so happy to finally have found a place that actually cares about their customers and how they feel ❤️ thank you SO MUCH Jessica! You are my favorite person right now

My husband and I walked up 30 minutes before closing and normally I’d expect someone to be dismissive and ready to go home, but MJ was literally one of the nicest people, I swear it was like I had known her my whole life. She was so bubbly and fun, best sales associate ever!

Oh my gosh! Jackie! Jackie! Three cheers for Jackie, and all the fabulous ladies at this MAC location snuggled in this corner slot at Clackamas Town Center Mall! Jackie was professional and even though life is so hard right now I couldn’t see her wanting to reflect anything but happiness and curtesy into my visit to M.A.C. - some really super fab, soft, amazing makeup and I had to come in. Thank you again Jackie, you are a leader in what you do and exactly how you do it . I WILL be back to spend more! - Wen
