I left work early to bring my guy since he was recovering from surgery so he couldn’t drive. We waited an hour and 45 minutes for the appt with no updates from any of the office staff. We will be finding a new primary doc for sure.

Do not go to this clinic! I first came to the clinic because I liked how fast they answered my calls and were able to get me in. The staff was nice, the doctor was nice, and I felt comfortable. Since my doctor retired, I am left with one that is pretty rude to patients that are on the heavier side and has no bedside manner. Not sure what happened to the office staff, but they never seem to answer calls, answer messages, or call you back. We've had to go to urgent care too many times, saying we can't get into our primary care, it's not funny. This clinic has gone downhill, we are looking at leaving ASAP.

No one ever answers the phone. Can't get anyone to call me back. Dr has no clue why I am there when I show up. I'm done with this place.

Dr Steven Maness was so knowledgeable and helpful from my first appointment. I was genuinely surprised by his expansive knowledge on all things I talked about, and he knew exactly what I needed after a quick chat. I sincerely am very happy to have found him after moving here

Good luck getting them to answer the phone or scheduling a appointment quick. After the last three times scheduling, I will not go back. They will keep sending you a bill, even after you paid your bill. After seeing a third bill I called up and paid the bill again, so I ended up paying for it twice and now they won't give me a refund. Its been 6 month and when you ask about it, the lady manager is rude. She will just say that they are working on it and that I should of know that I already paid it. Quit sending a bill if they are paid!!!

I’ve been a patient at this clinic a long time, along with my daughters. The past two years has been nothing short of terrible. Horrible response times from the office, requiring appointments for basic prescription refills then canceling appointments, flippant medical assistants, and an office manager who could care less. Don’t go to this clinic unless you like money grabs for a Flonase or antidepressant refill.

Doctor Toni Hero , Has been my doctor for years and I absolutely adore her. Caring and compassionate. And the support staff in the office are great oh my gosh they're so sweet so much fun and they make life easier when you're there.

Dr hero does in fact fire people for no reason. I read one of these reviews from a guy and she did the same to me. After not helping me with any of my issues, guessing at what could be wrong. When the stomach issues persisted she shooed me away without testing for anything. She does not care about patients or their health. Not smart in the slightest I only stayed on as long as I did for the refills. It’s hard finding drs with openings so I just dealt with it and most of the time went to urgent care. As the drs there were way nicer and more knowledgeable.

If I could give half a star, I would have. This is the crappiest doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Barely spoke to us, barely spent any time, and barely looked at the patient. He didn't even touch him to listen to his breath or take his BP or heart rate or ANYTHING. Seriously skip this guy.

My wife drew my attention to the reviews here. Wow never had the experiences as these people. I will agree that you generally have to leave a message when you call but that is because they never make you wait while you are in the office and their office is always busy with appointments and walk ins. I've always been able to see my doctor same day when I need to, or even another doctor if my primary doctor is away. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable - I'm usually in and out in no time which is exactly what I want when I don't feel well. I don't know what people expect or why they are giving this wonderful clinic one star! Where did you go before this? Did your doctor come to you? Have you been watching too many British television shows - I too would love to live in a fairytale!

First, the positive: I absolutely love the service and compassion I have gotten from Dr. Hero.However, over the past month or two this clinic has completely stopped answering the phone and only rarely gives call backs, making it very difficult to get in touch with my physician or to make appointments.

What an unprofessional place. I called a month ago to become established as a new patient. They stated they needed to verify insurance so I gave them all of the requested info and they said they would call back to make an appointment. They never called.I have called 5 times in the past week - nobody answers the phone, you have to leave a message... and surprise - nobody calls back!Going to petition Pacific Source to drop them as a provider. What a terrible way to run an office.
