Dr. Alexander Lau is exceptional! We were seen on a Sunday for a newborn check up and were taken amazing care of! He has the sweetest touch and is also very informative. I left feeling that everything was addressed thoroughly and I could turn to their office as a resource if ever needed!

We’ve been going here for almost 3 years and have had amazing experiences every time. Our medical assistant Christina (who was working under Dr. Manzo before she has to leave) has always gone above and beyond in care and made shots easier for our little ones. We hope we can follow her with the transition of providers to Dr. Nikki ❤️ but know and trust everyone in the practice to provide excellent care. I highly recommend this practice and medical assistant Christina.

They contacted me today to cancel an appt one week from today that I have had schedule for two weeks. Apparently they don’t accept the insurance I have. This insurance was given to them at the time of scheduling the appt. They refused to allow me to cash/self pay for the appt. This may cause my daughter to have to cancel her upcoming eye surgery. I am disgusted

I can’t say enough about the great doctors at Metropolitan Pediatrics! Dr. Lau and Dr. Stockbower have both been thorough and detailed while treating my kids. I appreciate the wonderful office staff. We have never had a bad experience here in over 6 years!

Am trying to make my new born appointment on the phone but it didn’t go through. So I walk in and they send us to the doctor right away. The service is very fast. All the doctors are cool.

We got our appointment time wrong and showed up half hour early, totally willing to wait but they were super nice and we got right in. On top of that, my daughter's entire care team from check in to check out are friendly, calming, attentive, and really seemed to care about her cares and needs. Highly recommend

So glad someone recommended metro pediatrics! They are always available to see my kiddos even last minute and I always leave with all my questions answered! Keira, the lactation consultant was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in getting my sons tongue tie assessed and taken care of!

My son just turned 18 months and my whole family still loves Dr. Johnson Beale. We also absolutely love her nurse my son gets the biggest smile every time he sees her. If I had call out over the last year and a half it would be that the people scheduling appointments don’t know the age at which shots need to be given. We’ve had to move around when he gets certain shots because they scheduled us too early. He couldn’t get his hepatitis A shot because it was two days too early. And something similar happened when he went for his previous appointment.

Our family has had such a wonderful experience with our lactation consultant, Keyra! She is passionate, dedicated, and makes sure her patients have the best care. With her we feel heard, seen, validated, and informed to the T. Not to mention, she has cultural awareness which is HUGE and super important for POC mommas seeking help for lactation.
Being a first time mom is overwhelming and breastfeeding is another beast to tackle. However, since we have consulted with Keyra, she has guided us through the beast that is breastfeeding. She’s made our breastfeeding experience manageable and has calmed my anxieties about different things that have come up. I can’t imagine where we’d be without her! I highly recommend Keyra for all the mommas on their breastfeeding journeys or whatever other goals you may have for you and baby :)
