Believe me when I say that Scott and the Gresham Auto Repair Auto Firm NW team is the best in the city! My 2014 Dodge Avenger was dead in the water and they literally saved my life with the expertise and knowledge they have. I could not be more grateful for the help, time, understanding and support they provided me. Great place with good people that do good work.
They’ve done work for me in the past, but in this instance, I brought my wife’s car in. It was making some terrifying noises; either the transmission was going or the brakes were failing.
They took a look at the car, determined it was really just a very loose hub cap on the wheel making all that noise (when we stopped stoped the car at a light or stop sign, it made a very loud “thud”). They tested it a bit just to make sure, too. At the end of the day, they didn’t even charge me for their time looking into it.

The confidence I have in my car’s health has been restored. For years, there’s been a noise emanating from the underside that no one could pinpoint. These guys not only located the cause but they fixed it (struts)! Five maintenance issues they determined and repaired. My VW Passat has not run this well or as quietly for years. The depth of knowledge, the fantastic customer service, as well as their competitive pricing, confirm that Gresham Auto Repair aka Auto Firm NW, has secured my business for the long haul.

A great shop for diesel specific issues! Scott and his team are knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Their location has exceptional security in place and is close to the springwater corridor for alternative commute options. 100% would recommend them!

David at Auto firm is the best I've worked with. He went above and beyond and even got a local State Farm field agent out to do pictures again!
Our Kia was fixed in less than half a day, we noticed after they did the repairs the signals and whipers were not working, I drove it back and they had that fixed in less 5 minutes.
If could 20 stars I would! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

What's that saying? The real treasure is the friends we made along the way? Well, after a long journey negotiating with my warranty company, and a whole new ENGINE later, I can say for sure I now have friends at Gresham Auto Repair, and it made paying them a large sum of money (that could have easily been a much larger sum) a lot easier. From the moment I first talked to David, I knew we were on the same team. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, and also put in a lot of time with my warranty company (who were barely cooperative to start). The job was done quicker than he initially quoted, too. I really feel like these folks were on my side the whole time, and I will happily give them my future business.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic/auto shop. Had a broken antenna and windshield wiper that did not move. Dealership wanted $200 to diagnose. Scott and crew had the vehicle back to me in one day and the repair bill was less than the $200 diagnostic fee at the dealer. Very pleasant and professional folks. 10/10 will recommend to anyone/everyone.

I had an issue with my tire and they were able to get me in first thing and the issue resolved quickly so I was able to get to work on time! Everyone there are super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!

Scott is amazing. He does great work and is highly ethical. He is a fabulous communicator and really tries to accommodate however he can. The energy at the business is positive (they have a cute dog in the front office-behind a barrier so it does not interact with guests unless you want to :) . ) with very sweet office staff. He got a car ready for a road trip in record time. I appreciate him and am happy I got to see him when I was back in Oregon recently.
