Although the medication seems to be getting more expensive, I love these guys, they always go above and beyond for me and my dogs, ?

As a new puppy owner, navigating the vaccination landscape has not been easy! It's so different than it was when I had my previous doggo (miss him!), but my local pet store recommended Good Neighbor Vet for their mobile vaccination service and I could not be more impressed with them! Getting shots for 'Belly Royal' has been a seamless, efficient, and affordable process every time! Highly recommend!

They got us in quick even with limited staff. They were very sweet to my doggo and were very gentle.

Hi, I left a review but I hit enter before getting to say the good stuff and I feel bad about that I am so sorry! :(I just wanted to say that Ashley called me today and was very helpful! I left a comment on what I do think needs changed tho such as prices keep going up on medications (flea & tick meds, etc..) & this is tough on many pet owners these days w/the recession/ inflation, everything is so expensive & everyone keeps passing the buck, etc -everything just keeps getting more costly & I’m not talking just animal meds, I’m talking everything so I do get it why they hv to charge us more! It’s really Big Pharma-They are to blame! I’m sure of it! Just stinks we little people get charged all this money we can’t afford! But anywayZ, Ashley, from Good Neighbor Vet just called me back and gave me some referrals plus the numbers as well, & I really appreciated that! She was kind enough to hear me out about everything so Thank You! You guys are amazing with many, things and always been good with my/our pet!I’ve been grateful to have had you to go to for getting my girl Gracie’s shots, exams, etc!Y’all made and do make that part very simple … and it’s helpful having the Mobile Vet Clinic to go to! I appreciate that!I like it BEST when it is mobile, bc when I realized the mobile vet of yours moved into Coastal, I sat outside waiting & wondering where it was at~??I even called to check, but my 2nd call wasn’t answered that day until later on -after I already found out-(The first call from home didn’t mention inside just that GNV was there until 5PM.I finally asked someone & they pointed to a sign that was really small & said that mobile vet moved inside. Unless up front, I would not have been able to see it!? It was 4:47 PM at that time and you closed at 5:00 so when I went in the store workers told me you were already closing up and another lady that worked for GNV was walking out of store same time… a worker from coastal pointed her out to me, so I approached her and asked if I could get my flea meds bc it was still before 5:00 PM & she told me everything had already been put away & that I’d have to come back another day. I was frustrated bc I had just fought a lot of traffic to get there (I was buying flea meds for my mini-schnauzer) but couldn’t even get them and it was before 5:00 PM. So, I suggest~>>>>IF ~> you are “closing” at 4:45PM,you best change your hours on the website and put a MUCH BIGGER SIGN OUTSIDE.that everyone can see... bc I didn’t even see it until another man pointed it out to me.. (maybe I’m blind I dunno?) but I didn’t even notice it nor did I know to look for it. With that being said, When they say,“Check The WEBSITE”… you best check the website for updates. Had I probably done that, I wouldn’t have been so upset. Now, I did CALL from home, and the lady said they were open until 5:00 PM but never mentioned inside the store. I got there about 4:10-4:15PM and just waited thinking they parked the Mobile somewhere else? I was very confused.Anyways, I didn’t know they were moving inside the store and I didn’t get any notice of this information in my email, so? I thought it was best I let others know this in case it’s been awhile since you’ve been there.~Although ->all in all I’m grateful they ARE available for shots and light physicals …flea meds, etc but now I have to find another Veterinarian for all the other things my dog needs. (To be Spade, X-rays, full physical, anti anxiety medication, etc)You guys are great for SHOTS, regular check ups, & flea meds. micro-chip & referrals!I’m truly GRATEFUL to have you for these things PLUS-hours & locations are good! I’m grateful for the good customer service & also for being able to get Gracie microchipped! I also love that you guys always get back to us pretty quickly!! Thank you for that!I’ll definitely ? keep recommending you to friends and family members ~Thanks for reading! S.L. Of South Auburn, Washington (For Miss Gracie-Grace aka Miss Gracie May) :-)

Maybe this isn't a place to take cats with ear infections, charged 60 dollars and couldn't do anything to help. Then guilt tripped us into having flea meds, my cat hasn't had fleas in years

Always a good value, make sure you show up to appointed times/locations early... and bring a good book, something to entertain your furbaby and some water. YOU WILL LIKELY BE WAITING AN HOUR +, outside, around other animals and their families. A camp chair will be coming with me next time, too.

Over the last decade, Good Neigbor Vet has lived up to its name for my 3 beloved dogs: My black Alaskan husky and my rescued two Siberian huskies in vital basic services such as vaccinations and heartworm testing. Good Neighbor Vet has also sent me reminder postcards. When I've needed copies of my dogs' records, they readily emailed them to me. Indeed, they've performed an excellent service and while saving me money.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Vet and Vet Tech came to our home today for the first time, and it WILL NOT be the last! They were thorough and provided me with so much information! My 10 and 5 year old pups were so cooperative and there was none of the terrified shaking that goes on when I take them to their other vet. And, I didn't need to leave the house! I highly recommend you give them a try.

First come first served was fair, efficient and well organized. Vets and techs were friendly and kind to my babies. Also, I needed a copy of my dogs last vaccinations after a move and the communication via their site was fast and easy.

My pets are safe and sound after they receive all required vaccines and positive results from the heartworm test. I also purchased flea and tick meds in case they start itching. They also have meds for allergies. In the summer my dog is allergic to the fertilizer put on grass at the parks in the summer. It makes him itch. I can finally REST now. Thank you all.

They were efficient and well organized. They cared about my dogs comfort through the whole process. It didn't break the bank for everything that she needed!!!!! They even have online orders for refills on her flea meds. I love them all and will continue to be a customer!!!

The vets and their assistants are great- they were wonderful with my dog and tried very hard to be transparent but honestly I can get great vet services for the *same prices* without waiting 3 hours in the rain and cold outside after they're done tacking on all the extra fees.Since I'm not actually saving anything I'll be taking my dog to a regular brick n mortar vet vs standing in line for hours to be fleeced afterwards.
