The ATM on Williams Hwy has been out of service for over a week. Normal for that ATM is out of service for 9 days out of 10. When is it going to be fixed? If ever? When the Out of Service sign is up, there are usually 2 other options when it is working. Those being No Cash Available or Depositing not available.

Just went in there to tell them my brand new credit card that I just received and activated because my old one got hacked already has fraudulent charges on it! All I got was why don't you go home and call the number on the card I expect a little more from my bank people than that I think it's time to change Banks but I guess what's the point everybody's getting like that nobody really wants to help anymore sadly

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 18+ years. I’ve put millions through their hands. After the service I received from this location in Grants Pass, I will never use Wells Fargo Bank to the capacity I have been for the past almost two decades. Their inability to sympathize with longterm loyal customers is despicable. The Manager Mark even had the nerve to threaten to close my military veteran account due to me getting upset and using a louder voice than I maybe should have. If corporate would like to hear more details of this miserable experience, please contact me.

Once again they're holding a Wells fargo check going into a wells fargo account. Closing branches and cutting hours prob time to just switch banks!

I think that it is a shame, that it takes more than an hour to try and do simple banking through the drive teller system at this establishment, I have other banking companies that aren’t half as hard to do business with , if you’re going to force people to use the drive through, a better system is needed

After banking with Wells Fargo for over 30 years (including their expansion) I am finally leaving this bank. The focus is not on the customer, they scramble to not be punished again for wrong doing. While having a lot of financial avenues, I have always liked the comfort of long business relationships. This past year they have treated me like a kid out of college, and restricted a renewal because I am a widow. I am taking a long European trip and when I get back, I'll be making a visit to First Interstate or somewhere where the respect levels are equal and the employees a little more educated. The worst part is when they ask you to write a letter of circumstances you experienced and then send you a form letter back with no personalization. Good thing they have ATMs as I have not been back in their Grants Pass location on 6th street. BEWARE
