NEVER call this lady or use her services under any circumstance! I called, she picked up, and I very briefly explained that I'm looking to file estate taxes for my father who passed away, and I asked if she could please give me some more information about her services and how to go about getting this handled. She immediately fires back at me with one line... "My services aren't free!" and hangs up on me!I did not say one word about having anything to do with free! I asked you for more information about what this process looks like if I was to hire you for this matter. Instead your rude, terrible, and disgusting demeanor of hanging up on me makes you miss out on business. I'm SO glad that I didn't work with you. This is a small community and treating people like that will not get you anywhere. Listen to what people have to say and conduct yourself in a professional manner. Your action today of hanging up on me after I very kindly asked a question ensures that you never get business from me, or anyone in my network as well. FAIL!

Roxanne took my company on as clients at the beginning of this year with the full knowledge that we had an S-Corp as well as the partners personal tax returns that would need to be filed. RoxAnn has helped and continues to helpme with the process of being a personal representative of an estate. The whole process was daunting and emotionally draining! RoxAnn has made it seamless and she has helped me in so many ways. RoxAnn always wants to make sure she goes above and beyond for you and man does she.
