my husband has used this pharmacy for over 20 years, went in today to refill his meds, between 50 and 60 a month for his 3 meds. she said they were not filled because the copay was too high. i said we pay cash for these, no copay. she said they had stopped their rewards savings plan and now the three prescriptions were over 900 per month, i told her we had not received any notice of this, was told they were busy, . left the store crying, very poor treatment of longtime customer.

I actually only use rite aid for the pharmacy, and I have been a customer with the pharmacy since I was a child!! I am shocked at the lack of professionalism of their pharmacists they currently have employed!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy experience I have ever encountered. The staff does not seem to care at all and I have never shown up to just have a prescription ready. There is always a problem.

Most of the people that work in the Pharmacy department are rude and condescending. It takes them over 24 hours to fill an Rx sent over from the doctors office. They say they'll call your doctor to get a refill but then tell you that you should do it. If you need a medication that needs to be ordered, instead of ordering it when you pick up the first fill, they wait until you call in for it to be refilled so you have to wait two more days over that of when the insurance will allow you to pick it up. All in all, not a good pharmacy.

Prescriptions never ready at the time they state they will be! Always seem to be "just getting to it" even 24 hours later than they stated it would be ready when I called. What is the point of giving a time if you can't meet it??

Just moved to Grants Pass. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I can't even phone into the pharmacy. They have strange loop. The only way to get any service is if you have your prescription #. Well as a brand new customer looking for my asthma medication, forget it. I'm transferring over to someone else ASAP! This is 2020, I will not be treated like this.

This place has the worst customer service. Never have I ever had an experience with other pharmacies where the doctor’s office calls in a script a couple of days or even that morning and the script not be ready or even processed. And when you do show you are frustrated they don’t care. I get that they are busy but that’s ridiculous! Walgreens and Walmart are busy but they aren’t nearly as bad when it comes to the lack of customer service I have received at this store!

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve worked with. Like others said, refills are never done on time. I submitted a refill and was told it would be done the next morning. I’m between insurance, so rather than try to communicate with me about cost, they just cancelled my refill assuming cost was a problem. I had a coupon from GoodRx - which they accept - so it wasn’t a problem. I’ve tried them for a couple months, and they just simply don’t care about their customers. Once I get new insurance next month, I’m done with them. Don’t even get me started on how the app doesn’t work and won’t submit your refills! Don’t waste your time, they’ll surely waste yours

Nope everything everyone else said. I even attempted a flu shot..on Veterans Day no one there it was quiet...sat for 35 minutes nothing..I left. This pharmacy waste precious time and could care a less. I'll be taking my expensive prescriptions somewhere else you've wasted enough of my time.

These people care very little about their customers. I had a prescription called in at 1:00 and at 6: pm I was told it would take another 1.5 to 2 hours. The day before, it was a 3 hour wait time. The very matter of fact woman at the counter stated curtly, “we are short staffedâ€, as though lack of store management is an excuse.

This pharmacy location is an absolute joke! You'll die of whatever ailment you have before you get your script filled here. There's ALWAYS at least 3 pharmacists back there and for some reason it still takes 45 minutes to fill a prescription that was supposed to be filled and ready to pickup. Go anywhere else to get your scripts. This place is a disaster. They should shut down honestly. That's how bad they really are.

Every time we show p are script are never ready it says it ready online but no. I have been in three days in a row and every day my script is bot ready. Or it will 4 in the afternoon and still have not unloaded their truck for the day. What a joke
