They are always slow, have to wait days for your prescription to be filled when called in by your doctor then told well were understaffed... they never answer their phones at all.. so u cannot call in to check if your prescription is done.. after waiting days for your prescription your told ok we will get that ready give us a couple hrs, u wait 4 hrs still not done.. will be changing pharmacies for sure..

- 100 ⭐️! They have been 10-17 days late on prescriptions for months. They do not answer any phone calls. When I drive the 13 miles (each way) from my house to see what the problem is, I’m told that they are 7,000 prescriptions behind. I tried calling the district manager. No help, just more excuses. My BF crushed his hand, AllCare even had a care coordinator step in and contact the pharmacy. They told her the pain medication had been filled (they declined to tell her they were trying to charge him). The AllCare care team even faxed them after getting no one after 3 calls. AllCare even advised Rite Aid that is post-op and completely covered (they still didn’t complete it correctly). Rite Aid advised All are that they had no antibiotic prescription (Rite Aid had placed it on hold ???). He had an open comminuted fracture (bad). He got his antibiotics 10 days after surgery and 16 days after they were prescribed. A few weeks ago an elderly woman told me it had been 10 days she waited for her heart medication. I watched one of the clerks yell at another elderly woman, because she had to sit down (he was taking forever). I watched another elderly woman try and tell them how difficult it was not to have anyone answer the phone and the 2nd new manager said “what did she want, then filling prescriptions or answering the phone”. I received a text that my BF’s pain medication would finally be ready on the 13th of November (surgery was the 1st). After his first post op and cast change we went to pick up the pills and no one had filled them. The 3rd manager “Dick”, stated it would be 30 minutes. On day 13 that seems reasonable ?\\u200d♀️?\\u200d♀️?\\u200d♀️?\\u200d♀️?\\u200d♀️?\\u200d♀️?\\u200d♀️. I left, got him food and came back. As I was leaving a woman smiled and shrugged her shoulders. I advised her why I was upset, that it took 13 days to fill post-op pain pills. The 3rd new manager told me to get out and quit harassing customers. I picked up my phone and started recording. The video is attached. 3 managers in a month, not even knowing what they are doing and treating me like this when I’m obviously crying. Even a church friend said it is illegal (she works in Walmart pharmacy). An AllCare worker advised she already left there and went to a different pharmacy for the same reasons. This place is ??????! RUN!

I was going to be funny and write funny quips about how despicable this place is but I am so angry I don't want to be funny. 1: This wretched pit of human despair schedules a new person (by their own admission) ALONE on the pick counter with no one to help him. 2: Why did I wait more than hour to finally be told to talk to the human bodily fluid stain at the drop off window only to be told by MS Hutt. In the rudest possible way. That they guy (gentlemen) at the pick up window is new like that makes this all okay. She would not get my medicine and tells me to come back in an hour. Mind you I live 45 minutes away and can't wait because all the waiting chairs are taken. If this flippant monster would have just said I apologize and not taken the opportunity to be a flaming dog turd. I would have just said oh well and just left. Riteaid, why do you employ people who outwardly hate and resent your customers? You're management knows this Charmer is like this and still it crawls into work stinking of hate and despair. No one has worked to help this fetid troglodyte deal with HER hateful attitude? Why do you schedule personnel who are not fully trained by themselves the busiest day of the week alone with no one to help them and by proxy help the customer with their life saving insulin? Why does it take 1 hour to process 5 customers? I can count how many hours I will be in your shore by counting heads. Why for the Lord's sake do does this company accept this? The better question is why don't I step back to a kinder more gentle time in evolutionary history and simple defecate on the floor in front of her window? Last question why should anyone get this upset about a pharmaceutical hick up? If there is anyway to avoid this open cesspool do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can.

If I could leave negative stars I would. One of the worst pharmacy staffs ever. Not only do they refuse to answer their phones but they tell you your prescription is ready through texts then you drive down there and they tell you have to wait an hour. They told me my son with a disability just needs to join a sport instead of taking medication... Then proceeded to tell me that sports will heal his autism pretty much. ? Thank you so much but hard pass on this pharmacy

Worst pharmacy ever!! They are rude in person, won’t run your insurance half the time and never answer the phone. We seriously need better options in this town. If you’re thinking of going here just turn around and find anywhere else. Would give 0 starts if I could.

If the pharmacy personnel would answer calls when they come in, there would not be such a long line at the counter. REALLY poor customer service!!!

Rite Aid on D St. Pharmacy in Grants Pass, OR is a joke. I went in the other day 8/20/22 after having called in an RX refill 5 days before and was unable to get through on the phone; only to be told it hadn't been filled yet, they were a week behind due to not enough employees and I'd have to wait 45 min to an hour. How does a pharmacy get 1 week behind on refills? Some people's lives depends on their medication. Just unbelievable.

No one will answer phone. I've tried calling for days. I know they are short handed but someone should answer the phone about prescriptions. What if it's life threatening if someone can't get their meds? What if they are old and can't drive down to find out what's happening? This is unacceptable by any standards. I feel sorry for the people that work there but this is not ok. When I finally got through to someone they hung up when I said hello.

Buyer beware this pharmacy is terrible. The customer service is horrible. The worst i have ever seen in my life i had to pay 50 dollars for a 1 day supply of medication and i have insurance but they never even have a technician there to bill your insurance.i live way far away and try calling before hand and nobody ever answers the phone there either. Total waste of time and money. Take your meds somewhere else!!! they act very rude and treat their customers like trash. I will never use this rite aid again. Walmart here I come!!!

I'm over the rudeness and incompetence. I call in scripts earl even to make sure they are on time. I can't stop or go days without some if them. There's always an excuse. I get understaffed..but rude abd lies are not acceptable. I've actually called while there and watched them laugh at my frustration.

Just wanted to put this horrible experience my child just had to deal with she has been dealing with mental health issues and the man named Don who is working in the pharmacy was just disrespectful and rude to her stating that she has to pay for her meds cause she has the oregon health plan this is one reason we have people blasting others its ridiculous this man has a job working in a pharmacy
