I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers waiting for her at our anniversary dinner, and unfortunately the restaurant was unable to coordinate. I searched for local florists and found Probst to have the most selections I liked and reasonable pricing. They were easy to order from and were able to coordinate same-day delivery so the flowers were at the table when we arrived, and the arrangement was beautiful and exactly as expected! I would definitely order from Probst again.

I have ordered flowers from Probst Flower Shop twice. Both times I have had amazing experiences. The person who answers the phone is super kind and is willing to make small changes to fit your preferences. Flowers are always delivered in a timely manner and they continue to look great for at least a week! Thank you for the great experience!

Their website kept messing up the greeting. And there were other difficulties as well. I called the store, but the gentleman who answered didn’t seem too particularly happy to talk to anybody.
Luckily, there’s no shortage Florist in the area

I had flowers delivered to my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them. I was able to order them online and it only took a few minutes. I'm very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I’ve always gotten nothing but the best customer service from Probst flower shop. Delivery is always made on time and hassle free and the lady at the counter is always very informative and polite.

This is the first time that I have received flowers from Probst, but the condolence bouquet that was ordered online for me was beautiful - the light pink roses were very large and extremely fragrant (I couldn't walk by without smelling them!). The whole bouquet has lasted 10 days with frequent water changes. Thank you Probst!

We are very happy with the customer service we got from this flower shop. It does seem the experiences here are either great or bad and ours was great. We ordered online and got a call from owner before our card was charged to explain what was or was not available and a unnecessary apology about being away from the shop for a personal event so they did not see order come in earlier in the day and delivery would be a little late. We had no time preference so we were not concerned but appreciate the call to let us know what was going on. Mother in law was very happy with the flower so that is also a good thing

My daughter's sent me flowers for my birthday. The lady that delivered them was great. She was cheerful, funny and had a smile the whole time. The flowers on the other hand were not good. They are wilted, skinny, and not at all what my daughter's ordered. The bouquet has a bunch of fern leaves on the bottom and barely any flowers. I love them because my daughter's got then for me but I'm disappointed because I know my daughter's paid a lot of money for them and didn't get what they paid for.Here are two pics of what I got. I don't like the color pink, so my daughter's asked for purple, blue and white flowers.
