We had an amazing experience with Lippert's carpet. Cody went above and beyond to help make it happen. We originally went to Lippert's and met Cody in the showroom. He was super down to earth and has a no pressure style. He came out to our house and measured our home and got us a quote right there on the spot. We had received quotes from Lippert's as well as Home depot. I always want to support a local business but unfortunately Home Depot's quote was lower than Lippert's. I called Cody and explained the situation. He was very grateful of the honesty and told me to give a couple days and he was going to see what he could come up with. Being in sales myself I have the utmost respect someone who is willing to fight for their customer. Cody took it upon himself to go to Home Depot on his day off and get a sample of the carpet we wanted and then go back to his warehouse and see if he could match it. Within a couple of days Cody called and said not only did he find the same color but a better a quality carpet. He was able to beat out home Depot by over $1,000 with a better product. They were able to install our carpet super quick and the guys they have installing were awesome!! We are just so happy with the service we received from Cody and Lippert's they really go above and beyond for the customers. Thanks Guys!!

Was able to get an estimate over the Phone one day, measurements taken the next, and carpet installed by day 3. Fast, efficient, and clean work.

Lipperts is a great place for carpet and other floor coverings. Dennis has always helped us out over the years with finding what we need and providing installers to do the work. We are currently going to replace our front door threshold tile with wood to match the rest of the house and helped in finding something that would match our existing wood flooring. Pricing is always fair and it's always good to find fair pricing in your own town to help the local businesses out.

Very professional and on time. Carpet is great feels nice exactly what we wanted. We only had the budget for our one room, but we will definitely be going back for our other two rooms. We would highly recommend.

Lippert’s Carpet One, Rouge River Hwy, Grants Pass, OR, USA is a lovely place for building decoration supply material like Tiles, Flooring, Carpets and many more items. Showroom very big, specious and store filled with lots of decorative building supplies stuff.
Lots of parking spaces for auto vehicles and trucks trailers. Easy and very convenient to get into their property and lots of space to turn around, backing & docking for truckers.
Staff very fast, cooperative, helpful and friendly. They took very little time for unloading and documentation.
Lovely place and loved to be there.
