I made the huge mistake of having another carpet cleaning company shampoo my carpets. After a very mediocre job (and $440 down the drain!), we noticed our carpets smelled like cat urine! Yes, Cat Urine! And we've never had a cat in our house. Ever! I thought our carpets were ruined. I called up Lance, explained the whole saga to him, and not only was he able to come out that same day BUT he treated my carpet with some super duper molecular magic solution and the odor is 100% gone. I'm amazed, impressed and ever so grateful. I have learned a lesson - when you want your carpets done RIGHT, you want them cleaned thoroughly, then you call K&L Chem Dry! Thank you Lance!

100% recommend. Lance did a great job on my wool carpet. He saw spots I hadn’t even noticed and spent extra time on all those places. He was efficient and I appreciated his explanations of why he recommended certain things.In a past visit he got blood stains from a visitors bloody nose out. The man knows his business!

Lance and Karen were amazing to work with from great customer service on the phone during scheduling to Lance working hard at getting our carpets clean and sanitized. We live in red clay dirt and our light colored carpet was tinged brown because if it. We didn’t think it would ever come clean but Lance made our carpet look new again! Awesome business to work with.

This is a family owned business and before my carpet was scheduled for cleaning I had a very informative conversation answering all my questions by the wife Karen in the office. This helped me determine exactly which carpet services I needed and the cost. On the day of appointment, it was able to begin a little earlier which I ok'd and it was done very efficiently working in the cleaning of my son's home office with the least disruption. We had 3 rooms and a hall cleaned and it turned out great! We appreciate the friendly and professional service and a job well done!Service: General carpet cleaning

I agree with all of these other five star reviews. Lance did a wonderful job. Takes pride in his work and aims to please! He's up front with price, honest, efficient and explains things very well. Karen is also very nice. I highly recommend this company.

I called - they were able to schedule me within the week! Lance was able to arrive early - wow! Service was fast, thorough - and amazing! I wish I would have taken before pictures - honest - it was embarrassing! Life is messy - and my carpets showed it! I had a variety of stains that included food, pet, wine, coffee - I'm not sure what the giant spot in the dining room was! Lance explained everything, offered me services that included 2 different prices (I went with the most thorough). He finished in about an hour - the large, combined living/dining room and the hall. It is beautiful!!! He was able to remove the giant spot in the dining room! He was professional, personable - and wow! I'm so impressed - will definitely have them return to clean the smaller rooms. Lance was awesome! We purchased a house with a very strong cat odor coming from the carpets in the bedrooms. I was afraid I would have to replace the carpets, padding and chemically seal the subfloors at great expense. But Lance came in and assured me that he could get it cleaned and for a far more reasonable price...and he did it! There is absolutely no smell left and we are no longer waking up with sore throats from the bacteria that was thriving in those carpets! Thank you Lance for the wonderful job!

We have been getting our rugs cleaned with Lance and Karen for a few years now and have always been pleased with their work. I even had an old white chair cleaned last time and it turned out amazing, but this time I decided to have my tile kitchen floor cleaned as well. I had to leave the house and when I got home that night I was literally wowed by my kitchen floor. My grout color was back to new! When my husband got home, he said, that he had actually forgotten what the original grout color was! Thanks guys:)next time I will have my granite counters cleaned and sealed. PJ
