Although Dr lamuro is very good at his job. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. So if anything gets changed or added on without him specifically talking to me about it and explaining it. I'll panick. There was 1 thing added on it went through the receptions. And it took me a week or two to decide if I want to go through with the plan cause I wasn't aware that that was a possibility of the plan. So I got there at 0955. My appt was at 1000. I didn't get called back to the room tell 1020. I told the lady I just had a few questions and DR lamerou said well now we have to reschedule because ur questions ur not on board with what we are doing today. And we are passed Time. At this point it was 1030. I said what?! You guys where 20 min late and I'm the inconvidnce because I have questions about my treatment?! And that's a inconvenience?! I was already crying previously to be nervous. Then he irritated me so then I was upset about that. Today was not a good visit. I'm still shaken up about it.

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Well organized and clean facility. Trudy the Hygienist was great. She fit me in the same day I was there for new patient exam and x-rays. Dentist was nice too. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them.

The Doctor and staff gave me the best exam I have ever had. They explained everything in great deal and what needed to be done to keep my own teeth. Then they went above and beyond to make it all happen. I am absolutely grateful to all they are doing and the gifts I am about to receive.

6 weeks pregnant, no insurance, never been to Aspen Dental before. I came in visibly emotional due to a crown that came off a root canal from a previous dentist. I was distraught and needed it glued back on. The ladies at the front were so polite and understanding of the situation. She got me in that same day! They are extremely genuine folks ❤️ I couldn't say more except I will definitely be returning for any further issues that may arise with my teeth and mouth health. Shout out to Kayla up front for making me feel so welcome ?

Great staff, people and help in getting me a lower denture. Would recommend them for that.But having to wait 2 weeks to get it adjusted and trimmed to fit so I can eat takes apparently 2 weeks for a 10 minute visit.That part is very disappointing after taking my 2k.

I am very impressed with Aspen Dental. The office is beautiful. Receptionist is delightful. Modern equipment makes the initial visits so much nicer. Dentist was very gentle. I love it!

Great dental office, they were able to take me in and help me take out the bad teeth that were hurting me. I was in pain since Friday and it took until the next Wednesday for me to get taken out. I tried all the dentist office in town and they couldn't help at the time and I am thankful they did. So I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service and the staff was amazing too

This company purposefully places ads on their website as a "false" lure. Then, when you call any of their offices, the entry level pricing for a denture becomes 2.5 x what they are asking. Moreover, they say they are not affiliated with their website! HONESTLY, this is what they told me. Ummmm, well then, maybe you should not have this information on your website. If you cannot be honest, and helpful, then society does not need you -- and you are to be avoided. Please, correct your ways, so that your business will thrive, and be blessed. $1000 is what you are saying a bottom "low end" denture costs. But your website says it is $400ish. In these hard times, a little kindness and honesty goes a very long way; but I am not seeing you guys even trying.

Don’t go here at all. Don’t listen to patients concerns and are all about money. 2 temporary crowns fell out in a weeks period and they also lied about when they were closed on a holiday weekend.

Last appointment ran late and bottom partial has caused a blister on my gum and to horribly painful to put in and remove. Office people are great and Trudy the hygienist is over the moon awesome.

I want to express my deep appreciation to Aspen Dental of Grant's Pass, Oregon. I had a dental emergency, and the first coordinator on the phone (I don't know her name) was so helpful and she guided me to speak to Jessica of the Grant's Pass Aspen office.Jessica could not have been more compassionate and helpful. I was in a lot of pain, and she took that seriously and treated me with kindness. She was able to get me in within 24 hours which I appreciated so much. Also, the front desk receptionist has such great service manners and courtesy. The cost was way below what I expected, and my dentist took the time to explain everything to me during the procedure. I recommend them as highly as possible!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for an exam where they determined I needed 2 fillings and would benefit from clear liner trays. After talking with the service planner she found that my insurance would cover half of all services; I payed right there on the spot and was excited. Came in the next day for my fillings and photos to be told my insurance ACTUALLY will not cover the trays. After I’ve already paid? Oh and refunds apparently take 50 days? Still waiting for that. At least they sent me home with a “goodie bag”. After returning home and reviewing the bill to see how much of it I would be getting back, I see a $135 charge for a tooth brush that was in my “goodie bag” never once mentioned to me before paying. However, these potentially illegal billing tactics aren’t even the worst of it all. One of the 2 fillings I got has left me with incredible pain in that tooth to the point where I can’t chew on that side or drink liquids without flinching. When returning to discuss this tooth pain, the hygienist (not the doctor) offered to do a “bite adjustment” completely misunderstanding that I am in PAIN.Long story short; after visiting this place I now have to find an actual dentist who can fix their painful botched work, go through a claim process with my bank to try and get money back for services I didn’t receive, and consider my options for legal counsel to determine if what they have done is lawful.Overall horrible and scary experience.

I wish i could give them less than one star. After paying almost $10,000 for my dentures and having to take them back 3x because teeth kept falling out they are refusing to fix them again unless I pay for an exam. I've already paid for an exam twice and couldn't get ahold of them for over a month because their phones were down. Now they're saying it's been more than 6 mo so I have to pay. They literally refused to fix my teeth again. I wouldn't take my dog to this dentist.
