I went to Apland’s because my insurance referred me to them. They did a good job fixing my car. They even finished earlier than they said they would. Everything was fine until I realized that one of my rear headrests was missing. Part of this was my fault because I didn’t pay attention when I picked up my car. I didn’t even realize that until a few days later. So my husband called & asked about it. The person he talked to asked their employee whom worked on my car about the headrest. He said that he didn’t remove anything from my car. Both, my husband & I checked again in case it was somewhere in the car. It wasn’t. So I emailed Travis for him to double check & asked the person whom cleaned my car. Maybe he took it off & forgot to put it back. It’s been a few days, & he ignored my email. When they were working on my car, they always replied to my emails right away. I think it was rude for him not to say anything. Another thing, when we came to pick up my car, they parked my car on their front parking lot (for public parking) unlocked. I was shocked they didn’t even bother to lock my car. Anybody could just open my car & steal whatever things in my car. So if you drop off your car there, make sure to check everything & make them verify that everything is there. Then check before you take your car back.

These guys are great . They made it easy to get my truck fixed. They made an appointment around my busy schedule and did an amazing job. Very professional and to whoever detailed the truck and waxed it you did an amazing job!!! Looks better than when I bought it

We were in an accident that ended up totaling our car and aplands treated us with respect and were very helpful through the whole process. They were recommended by another local business and we will definitely be spreading the word on how nice they were and communication between us, them and our insurance was a breeze.

Many kudos to your very helpful employee, Keith, who not only came out to our car to assess dent damage but went so far as to scour some of the area to make it not so stark visible until we could have it repaired. We'd recommend Apland's Auto Body in a heartbeat!

Nice people. Communication is fairly good while car is there but lacking when inquiry of other work. Got car back dirty with oily/greasy hand/fingerprints but outside was clean. Work seems good so far. Would recommend and have recommended to family.
