This company is incompetent. Half of them don’t even speak English , never on time , over draw your accounts , never communicate & also mention never confirm your order you have to literally spend hours to make sure your order goes through DOING THERE JOB FOR THEM .

If you own your own tank they wont even deliver to you unless you meet there minimum requirements .It doesn't matter if you wan 50 or 5000 gallons they want to know what you are running .what a joke !

The AmeriGas tanker truck (from Grants Pass) was illegally passing a dump truck pulling a backhoe on a double yellow line and a blind curve! Therefore the truck was FULLY IN MY LANE. I am so lucky there was a SHOULDER (not many roads in JoCo have good shoulders) so I could SAVE MY LIFE. I called and got a foreign call center and have received NO CALL from the local office, although I asked to be called back about this life-threatening situation. UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Apparently they have NO REGARD for human life....just being behind on their delivery schedule therefore LOOK OUT FOR THESE DRIVERS.

Lane, our tech in Roseburg Oregon is amazing. Very personable and polite - give that guy a raise ! You don't find many employees these days that care about their jobs and customers !!!

Had problems with the meter twice now. It has been fixed but no credits to my account for lost fuel. No rep has seen me on this even after several calls. Looking at other options. Service used to been better.

As a small business, the call in order process is one of the most frustrating for ANY business we deal with as we have multiple tanks (5). It takes forever to walk through the process with the off-shore phone answer company (limited English skills). Then after the 30-45 minutes it takes to get the order(s) placed, it is rarely correct when they come to fill tanks. This time, only 2 of the 4 tanks we ordered filled were on list. This is absolutely typical for this process. We NEVER expect the order to be correct anymore, and by lowering our expectations to that low level, they are finally met (minimally). The on site delivery people are great, however, which is why we raised our review to 2 stars from 1.

I would have given ONE STAR, but their delivery guys are really good and their prices are competitive, which is really the only reason we've stayed. The MAJOR PROBLEM is their customer service, scheduling and communications. Absolutely horrible, and this has been from the beginning, five years now. Latest snafu: New propane tank scheduled for delivery. No show. No call. Called customer service and was informed it would be delivered the next day. No show, no call. Called again and escalated. Rescheduled FOR A MONTH LATER. It was finally delivered this morning. WITHOUT ORDERS FOR CONNECTION! Just drop off the tank??? Yeah, that's helpful... The awesome delivery guy escalated to his manager, who is supposed to expedite the remaining steps to complete the installation. (BTW, our guy said this happens all the time. (!!)) We're looking at another two weeks to month for completion. Totally unacceptable.

You delivered gas when I didn’t order it and you had just delivered a couple weeks prior. I asked to not have to pay the taxes and delivery charge for a delivery I didn’t order and you said you would credit my account. Still hasn’t happened and it’s been since January. When I call and ask to talk with a Supervisor, I’ve been hung up on twice. Also, you charge me almost $5/gallon when your competitors quotes me $2.70/gallon. I also don’t like that when I call the “local” number in Grants Pass, it is a clearly a call center.
