“First time ordering through them. .the jamb on the metal from was for a left hand swing door, when it should have been for a right hand door. They were prompt in sending new jamb, same day, but that was in correct, then they sent a second person. .good thing I opened the box and checked because header frame of jamb was missing.Now I'm waiting to see if they refund a pct of the door price to pay for me extra time.I'll let you know. Mean time, two stars...They did the right thing. Changing to 4 stars”
