My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Juan.Juan was very helpful and nice, he answered any questions we had.We’d recommend Juan to anyone interested in a vehicle at this dealership, he’s a great salesman. EDIT:Be very cautious when dealing with Sheppard automotive, I won’t disclose much but ended up finding out they did a couple things that could get them in trouble.

They will offer you half of retail if they reach out trying to buy your car. What ever they offer carvana CarMax and many other dealers will pay more.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! We were greeted by Sam and he immediately made us feel welcomed. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. I think the thing that stood out the most, was that I didn’t feel judged for not having the nicest trade in, not having the biggest down payment and not having the best credit. Sam worked hard and the next day I was approved for the car I wanted.
You can tell there’s a sense of community there. Everyone is laughing, engaging and are the same way with the customers. I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in a long time. Abe who handles the financial side of things was an absolute delight and so fun to talk with. He took his time to walk me through the documents I was signing and let me ask questions. He also tolerated me and my friends nonsense! :)
This company meets customers where they’re at, and doesn’t force them into situations that aren’t beneficial for them.
I will be coming back for any future purchases for sure! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent selection of used vehicles, this is hard to find in many areas of Oregon. Just bought a very nice used car for my hardworking daughter and am confident it's reliable and safe. A fair price and a 6 month warranty is included. Check them out, you'll will be glad you did

Got an alignment a month prior to bringing it in for a belt change, all of a sudden got it back and it completely pulls to the right?? & my steering wheel is shaking at a certain speed which the alignment had solved previously. Additionally, they left a HUGE grease stain on the roof of my car. Will never be coming back here again, very careless and didn’t want to fix the issues that came after they had worked on it.

They made me pay for a key fob up front to order the keyblade from VIN then lost the key and refused to give me a refund so I was out $500, and their response was that's why we got rid of the old crew of service managers because of stuff like this

Just wanted to shout out Tom Ross and Landon Asay at Shepherd Auto Group for making my Volkswagen Taos purchase a breeze! ? These guys know their stuff and were super helpful from start to finish.
The teamwork between Tom and Landon is top-notch. They made sure I drove off the lot in my new Taos with a smile on my face.

Traveling around the country my vehicle developed a shake from a brake rotor so I called Sheppards Hyundai and talked with Marlie and told me to bring it in. They found the issue serviced my car and now I'm ready for another 5000 miles. Marlie took great care to make sure my vehicle was ready for the road. Thanks Marlie

Wow, where to begin, three trips to the Hyundai side looking to buy a new car. The first visit they had the product/color/trim I was looking for. I know I'm old and probably look like a hillbilly dressed in double kneed canvas pants and a logger type work shirt, driving a 23yo Old's sedan. No one approached me walking the lot. Went inside the building only to see the sales staff having a coffee clutch all in a single cubicle and ignoring me looking at a showroom model so I left without any human contact?? The second time I showed up they didn't have a product I wanted but a nice young newbie salesperson came out and tried to sell me a car, better experience but no cigar. The third and final time really irked me to no end, they had the model/color in an upper trim level that I was willing to cough up an extra 5-6 grand because it was the color combo with leather upholstery that Mama wanted. Once again, I was completely ignored by all the staff. I walked around all over the place, stood in front of the service desk where a writer and manager just looked up momentarily with out asking me if I needed help. Three Strikes-Yer Out! Went and bought a $50k Subaru instead. I do wish Phil the best of luck seeing that he is investing in a new home over on Chad Drive and Ian, won't need a reply or excuses because I'm over it.
