I was very impressed with Mac's professionalism, care and pride they took in fixing my car in a resonable amount of time.. It was an absolute mess after taking it to a previous mechanic and they took the problem car on with no problem...it runs great now, even better gas mileage!!

A friend got me a Groupon for two oil changes and multiple point inspections, I called in advance to check availability and to ask if there’s additional charges because I was driving a European import this time, the sweet lady at the front desk said she didn’t think so, I shared that I was broke and didn’t have any money, just the pre purchased service.. well there was extra cost. She was very kind and understanding that I had done the diligence to ask in advance and she covered it for me. thanks again!

Mac's was so quick and responsive. I left a message with them after hours on Friday and my car was being diagnosed by Monday after lunch. A quick replacement and courteous and transparent service. I was back on rhe road with my AC blowing in less than two hours. They didn't try to upsell me or do a bunch of things I didn't need. Straightforward and helpful.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Mac's since we first came here in 1989. There have many different workers and managers employed there. I have found all of them equally highly trained and very nice to work with. At first it was mostly for radiator and A/C work. They have expanded to a full service shop. Their prices have always been fair and competitive. You can trust them and everyone should give them a try.

My truck finally got the repair it needed when other shops had trouble finding things out.
It runs a lot smoother and gets better fuel mileage, it hasn’t ran this good in years.

Jeep needed new radiator. They were courteous and did a good job. Parts were name brand good parts. Seemed kind of pricey, but that seems like the them now days.

After being stranded by a blown radiator, the team at Mac’s in Eugene Oregon got me back on the road again immediately. Their customer service was phenomenal. They actually waited for a tow truck to deliver my vehicle, even though closing time was rapidly approaching. The team was friendly, and the cost was fair. Due to their workmanship, my vehicle and I returned safely home, clear on the other side of the state. I recommend Mac’s to anyone needing automotive repair work.
