Brought a BMW Z3 here for a pre purchase inspection. Josh was super professional, thorough and honest. He had me in and out in about 30 minutes and helped me make my purchase decision. If I ever have any other BMW related questions I will definitely be going back.

We’ve been doing business with Brooks Auto Doctor for some time now and I have never left a review… I feel obligated to leave one now and cannot say enough about the quality of the care that we receive…they have taken care of us many times over the past few years and have always been honest and fair… rest assured that you are in good hands and will always be treated with respect… one more thing… if you need a loner car just ask… if there’s one available they will hook you up… always treat to drive the Mercedes…lol we had our water pump replaced on our BMW and had our repair done very quickly, even having to deal with the extended warranty company, hands down the best around… don’t forget to take a few of their business cards and tell your friends too!!

Amazing! These guys really know what they’re doing. Bruce could tell me exactly what was wrong with my car just by my description of the issue, and his team worked to fix the problems 4 days faster than the date they projected. Very honest and upstanding team.

I cannot speak highly enough about Brooks Auto Doctor and absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repair. Josh and Jeremy were particularly friendly and Josh was extra helpful! He took the time to explain precisely what was happening with my vehicle in terms I could understand and simply provided excellent service. I was particularly concerned when I went to this shop as a female who’d already had her vehicle at another shop. However, all my concerns were addressed, I was not price gauged nor did anyone try to sell me any additives or things I simply didn’t need for my vehicle. With all the above in mind, I can easily recommend this shop as a place of integrity , a place where clients can rely on honest evaluations, and, won’t have to worry about being taken advantage of. Thanks for all your help and attention to detail Brooks and especially to Josh who took excellent care of my vehicle and matters pertaining to my vehicle. ?????

I rely on my car to safely travel to my hospice clients. Brooks is precise, efficient, kind, and meticulous! I have recommended them to my entire family. I don't have the newest or flashiest car and they treat it with respect and care every time!

At Brooks Auto Doctor, the high quality of their work is matched only by their professionalism and superior customer service. Brooks AD was recommended to me 8 years ago and I’ve been a customer since then. They genuinely love cars here and it shows in the care they take with your vehicle. You can be confident that your car will be repaired and/or maintained with the utmost knowledge and attention.

The gentlemen here went above and beyond any expectations.Not only were they fair with the price but their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise surpasses any mechanics I’ve ever done business with.I’m on at least my seventh car by now and I’ve lived coast to coast and places in between.The thing that did it for me though was fixing little things that weren’t important but made the car feel like my car again…I had a broken knob inside of the car that controlled the vents for the heat and a/c and I also had my license plate taped in my back window because I messed up the screw holes that hold it to the car due to rust.They fixed both of these issues for me without me asking.Well done! ??Services: Auto body & trim repair

Brooks Auto Doctor is the best. This is my second positively outstanding 5 star review for them. I called Brooks needing to get my car fit in asap and Brooks called me back after operating hours to schedule a visit and get me in within the next two days!!!!! I so appreciate Bruce and am thankful they are there for everyone in our community who is wise enough to bring their business to them!Thanks again and I'll be back!
