Paint did not match at ALL. They've been pretty unresponsive with my request to redo the paint job. I love that I was able to leave my car there while on a trip. Jeff personally dropped me off at EUG, but upon my return I did not get the location of where they left my car in airport parking. I had to call and call on my layover. Great customer service up front, but apparently they don't guarantee their work. Guess they don't have the proper paint matching technology. Very upset and unsatisfied.

BEWARE! They added hundreds of dollars onto my bill without notice and without permission AFTER the repair is done. Very unethical and the owner is rude. AVOID!

Thought this would’ve be a good place to go. Came for an accident related issue and truck has never been right since day one! Paint chipped, windows scratched, kept getting told they would make it right yet when it came down to it they didn’t have time and were too busy. Truck still isn’t right and the owner won’t return emails or calls. He got his insurance check and doesn’t care now. Took over 6 months to get our truck back you’d think it would be perfect! Not even close!

I took my Dodge 3500 to these guys when I was rear-ended and they did an amazing job. Got the best parts, upgraded me on a couple things, and the manager even called me to answer the one questioned I had after he had already left for the beach even though it could have waited till Monday. They are all friendly and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys you nailed it! Keep up the good work!

Super easy to work with and the owner was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dealt with insurance for me so I didn't have to. They went above and beyond even when the insurance wouldn't cover it. Overall fantastic job and definitely recommend!
