Absolute HORRIBLE customer service if you order something online. Sure, go there and pick a part... I didn't do that. But the people I got online really screwed up, bad! I am still waiting to get my part after 2 weeks! Just gross, customer service! No Excuse for it!

Pretty annoying they have huge lines for entry ( out the door, more than 10 people long) before closing and won't let you in the yard after 4pm. Even though I was waiting in line for 15 minutes before that. Also annoying you can rarely get someone on the phone.

I Called B&R Eugene ,Spoke to Amber,looking for a complete rear differential for my GMC Yukon,no anywhere,had the price Amber was able to negotiate on,5 stars to Amber and getting it done,thanks Amber @ B&R,now I can get car fixed.
