A one day job turned into a week and a half ordeal. Welds are sh***y. Looks like a rushed job, no communication, I called for a status update and they said they'd call me right back and never did. Bad customer service, is there a zero star rating? How hard is it to shorten a straight drive line 3"

I ordered five cab marker lights for my pickup which fit properly. They promised to call me when they arrived. I received no phone call. I finally called them and was told that my lights are in. I made arrangements to travel in to get them the next day. I arrived at the store and examined the lights and determined that they were correct. Robert made up an invoice and let me look at it. I told him he had over changed me by a few dollars each and told him what I had been quoted. Robert kindly repriced the order for me and I paid him. A bit of a hassle but everything worked out well.
