They let customers bully and take advantage of others based on race. Don't shop here unless you're comfortable with people being hate crimed.

The cashier this morning was watching a movie on her phone very un attentive. I had to ask her twice for a quarter pound big bite and it took her about 30 tob45 seconds to respond. She had to get buns from the cooler which was very hard to eat and also the dogs looked like they had been in the warmer all day and all night. They were black and wrinkley. As I was leaving I told her to have a good morning and she was watching her phone movie and reply at all.

I used to love coming here almost everyday, sometimes twice a day. But within the last few weeks I've noticed a HUGE change. It all started when the manager Nicole quit. I know you're thinking how much of a difference can one person make but let me tell you now this store is just like all the other convenience stores, a questionable stop at best. Whereas before it was special and welcoming and I knew that without a doubt that she was doing her job to the best of her ability every day and with a smile on her face. Like right now I just bought some donuts and they were stale as all hell something like that wouldn't have happened if Nicole was still working here.Starts chanting:.**Bring NICOLE back****Bring NICOLE back****Bring NICOLE back**please

On Christmas Eve, 7-Eleven provided pizza and snacks, along with friendly and efficient service. Thanks!!

Was in there buying stuff with my 11-year-old daughter, and got to the counter to pay and got kicked out and was told I can't be there. I have no idea what happened, totally confused. Maybe because I'm white?

I love this place and I come in here nightly. They have recently hired a lady who is very upbeat and friendly and it is a nice change. I will say though that the guy with the pony tail seems lazy and is not customer friendly. Also, he doesn't make fresh food for the night shift. He is more interested in loud music and reading books.

Why review 7-Eleven?They’re all the same, you’re thinking. No, they’re not.Because this one has Bobie (pronounced like Bobby). She’s a heck of a clerk!Bobie works the nightshift five, even six days a week. And Bobie has a gift for customer service. She makes everybody who comes through her line feel right at home. She will stand behind 7-Eleven 110% but if the sandwhiches are old in the cooler, she’ll tell ya. If you need advice or an ear, she’s got a minute for ya. She named off all the 7-Eleven locations in the Eugene area off the top of her head like a game-show contestant. There are 14 or 15 of them, way more than I thought!Bobie is a straight shooter and an intelligent lover of people, and I really think she deserves a raise.Yeah. Go, Bobie!
