Russ was an absolute saint. The repairs look fantastic, were done in a timely manner, and he was incredibly helpful. he was willing to work with my schedule to drop off and pick up my car. His customer service was amazing. I am really happy with my overall experience and would recommend him above any other shop!

I was very happy all around with Davidson's. I got recommendations and shopped around, because I had to pay for the work myself even though my car is just 3 years old (because I stupidly backed into a telephone pole when distracted by my grandkids.) The best recommendation I had was for here, and I was happy with the price, service, and quality of work. All the other shops wasted tons of my time in waiting rooms, waiting for estimates, and waiting for the smooth-talking "closer." Like a car dealership. That didn't happen here. I would definitely use them again.

He did a great job on our Rav4. Picked it up from my wife's work and returned it 3 days later as promised. He'd ordered a few extra things for it that had not yet come in, but wanted her to have her vehicle back to drive instead of waiting. He again picked it up yesterday, took it to his shop and installed the parts that had arrived and returned it to her later the same afternoon. Looks great and we're very happy with the excellent job he did! It ended up even being less than he originally thought it would be. Well worth it and we highly recommend him. Great customer service too!!

I can't give this place a higher rating. I stumbled onto it via a recommendation from a mechanic in Eugene, and it was well worth the extra money to get my car towed to Elmira. Russ found the cheapest used parts he could, and the estimate for labor was far below what a shop like M&G (which I've used in the past) would charge. He explained everything to me yet never talked down, and made me feel comfortable with what was going on. As someone who is not very knowledgable about cars, this was very important to me. Davidson's has been in business for 33 years for a reason. I hope I will never have to bring my poor car back there, but I will be telling all my friends that this is the place to go. Customer service still counts, even in 2016 - like Euro-Asian, the people at Davidson's won my loyalty by being honest, straightforward, and kind when I was in an awful situation. I owe them a big thank you.

The only body shop we use. I personally have recommended several friends and family to Russ and the crew, even my grandmother. Everyone is blown away by the level of service and quality of work. They do amazing work.
