Visited this location in early November 2023. Enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere of this location and our group enjoyed the selection of wines offered by Cougar Crest Wineries. During our visit, my wife and I elected to purchase a case of wine, which was referred to as the "holiday bundle." The staff assured us it would be there before Thanksgiving and as of January 18, 2024. We are still yet to receive this package. I along with my wife have left several voicemails along with emails to both headquarters and the location, we visited. There has been zero response from Cougar Wineries. Although we enjoyed the wine, but the service we received afterwards was a terrible experience. Anyone visiting should give strong consideration of the likelihood of not receiving their wine after purchasing. As of now I am out of $138. it's unfortunate. The staff working at this location cannot be trusted with their word or commitment..

Why 5 stars!?! Not because it is pretentious, not because it is flashy, but because it is nice, great selection of good and very reasonably priced wines, friendly staff, convenient location, and a comfortable vibe.

Stopped in during the Open Studios event in Lake Oswego. Every wine I tasted was delicious, and I’ve worked in wine for over 15 years. Walla Walla is showing flavorful grapes and the Cougar Crest owner and staff were welcoming and friendly while the warm ambiance gave a wine lounge feel. I will definitely be back.

My daughter and I found this the perfect place to relax, catch up, and enjoy a great variety of wines, some we might not otherwise have tried. Karyn and Dan were very gracious and we were pleased to support a local business.

We were having lunch around the corner and we'd met Karen who worked here. She reminded us that the hotel we were staying at gave us a 1-day membership and the tasting fee was waived as members and there was a discount on wine too. The atmosphere was very friendly and I always enjoy meeting locals who stop in for a taste or two. I think I talked to everyone in the tasting room. As for the wine, we definitely enjoyed it picking up 2 bottles of sparkling, a bottle of port and 2 bottles of late harvest viognier. Now I just have to get them back to SoCal.

Wonderful mission and goals, but I stopped by today (Sept 9, 2023) @1:27p and the doors were locked. Lights were off. No signage explaining why they were closed during posted business hours.

Excellent rotating tasting menu with delicious Walla Walla Eastern WA AVA. Service was amazing Saturday 9/2 and ambiance/decor is rustic NW with beautiful fireplace. I brought the 2015 Encore home and loved the Merlot and Syrah and the Whites were surprisingly complex. A+++

We experienced the Lake Oswego Wine Tasting facility. So beautiful. Our host Anita was amazing. The tasting and bottle fees were reasonable. We will be back next weekend! Thank you for such great service! Laurie
