Excellent customer service to me and the other 4 customers I watched Mario help. He was very patient and informative. He multitasked with easy and addressed everyone in a kind and timely manner.

Anthony went above and beyond for my family and I. He set up new phones for my siblings & I and transferred all of our data from our old phones to our new ones. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions. We were extremely satisfied from the service we received from Anthony and we are so happy with our new phones.

To make a long story short….we’ve been Verizon customers for 17 years. We’ve dealt with this location on and off since it’s close to our home….mostly when purchasing or upgrading devices. We just purchased two new iPhone 15 pro max’s from them a couple weeks ago. I went in today to pay off our new devices as you have to wait until after the return period to do so (that was the first head scratcher) I was told I had to wait because Verizon doesn’t want to pay me back $2400 if I decide I don’t like the phones. Ok. So I retuned, I had cash for one phone and was going to use a card for the other. The woman who helped me at the counter was very sweet and friendly or I’d be giving negative stars if I was able to. Since it was a split payment she needed to call her boss for assistance I believe his name was Brandon. He very rudely informed her they don’t “typically” accept cash for device payoffs because “they aren’t a bank”. At this point I’m angry. Not with the woman who was helping me but because of the rude snarky attitude from her boss. I proceeded to pay for my one device and then got online to pay the other after depositing my cash in my bank account. I have noticed other reviews complaining about the managers attitude so seems this is a trend. Unfortunately this location just lost our businesses for good. In the future we will purchase directly from Apple or we will use a different location. Shame shame. Not only was the behavior rude to the employee it was rude toward the customer (me) as well!!

Customer service was great! We bought our phones at another place and I wish we had gone there instead. She answered all my questions, helped with everything that I needed.

Was an overall good visit, however if they were more reasonably priced would have been a better one.
