Service department needs some improvement. I could right a huge, long, review allready, but my truck is still there. I wish I just would have fixed it my self now I'm waiting on a service department that doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. I'm just baffled.

I think this was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Radio and Paul got everything set up ready to go before I arrived from a 2 1/2-hour drive to pick up my new Jeep. No sales pressure, just an easy fun transaction. I will be buying all my vehicles from them now. They went out of their way to bring down the Jeep from Washington in a day so I could pick it up on my time frame. I have already to many friends about my experience at Cottage Grove Jeep Ram. Urgently needed to bring a Chrysler Pacifica in for the PCM to be reprogrammed. When the Eugene dealer was 2 months out, I called Kris in service and he got me in the next day and said he needed the vehicle for 2 days and got it done the same day it was dropped off. This dealership was definitely worth the drive from Eugene. 10/10 recommend!

I brought my jeep to your dealership to get 2 things cleared up while still under warranty and a general service. Oil change etc. Oil leak which did get fixed but the check engine light was on and the dash read gas cap. I told Chris the manager I made sure my cap was tight, obviously the first thing to check. I had it diagnosed at another shop as a vent tube issue to the gas tank. Long story short, they deleted the check engine light, called me and said it was all done. Second day of driving, check engine light again. Same reading on the dash. Checked my work order and it read, gas cap was loose, problem solved. Frickin Really!!! Now it's out of warranty and I'm stuck paying out of pocket to replace the vent tube to the gas tank. Thanks guys. I'll just stick with the terrible service at Kendall. They take forever but at least they fix the problem. I guess filling the washer fluid isn't part of an Oil change service at Cottage Grove Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep?

Always a fun time. They have classic mopars as well as new ones. Repair shop is great and lobby has snacks. Our family has bought 3 vehicles from this location. Radio rocks!

I was there this past weekend with my son, and came very, very close to buying one of their Ram 2500's. Ultimately I decided on a different vehicle, but that is not a reflection of Cottage Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My experience there was first class, they were super helpful and very easy to work with and I would have zero hesitation buying from them in the future. Maybe next time guys!
