I'm a local general contractor and I ONLY shop here for my windows. Blaine is a very knowledgeable window and door expert. He can order me any sized window I want and he is very helpful throughout the entire process from ordering to leaving his shop with our custom ordered windows. Thank you Allegany Doors and Windows!

We ordered a sliding glass door was our fault we ordered the wrong size, he delivered it anyways or kinda did said we had to just eat the cost of 1200$ because we measured it in a hurry wrong. We couldn't return it so he brought it out to deliver it by himself and couldn't unload it my dad had just had a back surgery and had to help him unload it also the deliver guy caught the screen door on the truck tearing a hole in it we had to pay 60$ for a new one even though he damaged it none of this made any sense ended up selling it finally to some guy on fb for 350 found out I could have got one for 400$ instead of 1200. I live an hour away I was not aware I was to be there to unload it

Saved me over $600! Everyone insisted I needed a new window.When I called Allegany they had me send photos and gave me troubleshooting tips.Turned out it was the bottom drain on the window. $120 vs. $800.Highly recommenced for anyone who wants an ethical window person. Thanks Blaine

We had a challenging job for 10 windows on a 130 year old home. Blaine came out and measured right away and got the windows ordered. The amount of time it took was great! Blaine and Jon came out and despite the challenges of an old house they had the install done in just a couple of days.We couldn't be happier. The results of the indoor climate and sound level from a busy street were noticeable instantly!I definitely recommend working with Allegany.

I was trying to help my clients by finding a fire door to go between their garage and home to get it ready to sale. We checked with Home Depot, Lowes, all the local hardware stores and everyone had to order out, at least two weeks wait, minimum! I thought there has to be someone local and searched and found a diamond! I called Allegany windows and doors and left a message, it was after hours, and he called bright and early the next morning. He had the door in stock and was very informative on what information I needed. It was less expensive then the others as well. He was also very patient with all of my questions! Thank you Blane, you saved the day!

I had all my windows replaced in my house. They came out did the replacement in one day (9 windows). My house had good insulation now with new windows the house stays hot ( cold) better. They did a great job. Even offered to come back if I saw any residue from the factory stickers on the windows. Such great service. So when I needed a new storm door went right back to them. Looking forward to having storm door installed next week. Quick service in this crazy time. They had a door I wanted in stock and were quick to set up I stall.

Excellent service with a lot to see in this little showroom. Many samples to explore for such small shop. This is a great place to shop local business, with hometown customer service, no BS. They have a good selection to see in person different styles & colors of doors & windows.

BUYER BEWARE!!!AD&W was actually recommended to me by a friend. Also a local. Not sure why. As a longtime resident can't recommend them at all.All of the following is documented in emails sent to me from AD&W. Happy to forward to you.AD&W eventually passed on me as a customer, partially due to an endless chain of emails, clearly not due to me. Hoping they do not pass on you too.Believe it or not Blaine at AD&W actually had the nerve to reject as a customer mostly because I questioned the high pressure sales tactics. If you are considering AD&W, but averse to high pressure sales, consider the following:Instead of just sending an installer to measure and do an estimate, AD&W (Blaine) asked me to email pictures, measurements, etc. for all my windows. Please note Blaine you asked me to do this. Blaine you then eventually rejected me as a customer over this.Again, have that email to share all this with everyone. Let them decide for themselves.Also, per those same (documented) emails, Dwaine at AD&W insisted on multiple occasions that I visit his showroom, even after telling him (in writing) I only wanted high quality windows at a good price. Dwaine NEVER offered to visit me in Bandon or ever offered to send an installer to my location. DWAIN WHY DID YOU NOT SEND SOMEONE HERE AT SOME POINT???AD&W actually requested in a (documented) email that I sign a binding contract AS A CONDITION of the onsite visit to complete the estimate.Really Dwaine? No other window company did THAT!Also, AD&W was NOT EVEN the lowest priced option in Coos County (actually 3rd HIGHEST out of 4 bids). As one of the more expensive options in Coos County one would expect better.Dwaine, if Bandon is not in your service area you should have just said so day one.If it is, you should not be soliciting customers online with no onsite estimate as you did with me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!PEOPLE OF BANDON take note of this. Don't obligate yourself to this company just to get an estimate as I was asked to do!I only requested that AD&W send someone to visit me here, measure my windows, and provide a detailed written estimate (as all the other local companies did). AD&W did not want to do this for some unknown reason, then blamed me for the confusion.Per my final email from AD&W, "a detailed documented estimate was already sent to you. Plus we are passing on you as a customer:"Blaine, FYI I did not waste your time, I only responded to your endless email requests for information since you NEVER sent anybody here. You wasted MY time.Blaine, I now have no intentions of ever doing business with you now or in the future, but still requesting a copy of the detailed and dated estimate you supposedly sent to me and referred to in your (documented) final email to me.Folks reading this review are perhaps also wondering on what date you sent the detailed documented estimate you refer to in your email? Plus tell them all how you can do that without ever having visited my home?I was ready to do business with this company but BLAINE REJECTED ME AS A CUSTOMER. EMAIL TO VERYIFY THIS. Why Blaine?Hoping this does not happen to you too!!!It was humiliating.FYI Blaine, Christians like me are used to humiliation. God Bless you anyway!!!Update 7/11/21: Blaine still waiting for a copy of the "detailed documented estimate" you say you sent to me. I have no record as such. Also please respond or refute the veracity of my review if I am mistaken about anything.

I needed help finding replacement window kits for my patio doors. Blaine walked me through how to take the correct measurements and recommended I come down to his showroom to confirm the correct parts that I wanted. When I had made my decision he ordered the parts and had them within the week. Unfortunately one of the kits had been crushed during delivery to his store, but he was able to get a new kit shipped out for me and I received it within a few days. I did the installation of the kits myself but Blaine did offer me good advice in order to not damage any of the parts. He was also able to quickly find me replacement parts for some other damage I had noticed on my doors. I have a few more projects I'll be working on and I am relieved to know that I will be able to rely on Blaine's expertise in the future.

Rude. I called asking about having interior doors installed in a newly built house. All the person on the phone would say is "what make and model?". I explained that I needed doors and I wanted them installed. He said " You're not helping me" I need the make and model of the door. I'm the customer ! Shouldn't you be helping me?

Blaine and Tyler do amazing work We have used them on three separate projects around our house. They have installed every window in our home a sliding glass door and the door on our garage. They always have helpful advice on what options they offer with your budget in mind. I recommend them for all window and door projects you have. They have prompt service with very clearly written quotes. Don't hesitate on choosing Allegany Doors and Windows for your home improvement needs no matter how big or small.
