Been using this storage for a couple weeks, and it’s definitely the best facility I’ve used in Portland. Isaiah is super welcoming and helpful, and makes you feel taken care of, even tried to help me sell my ridiculously large tv. It’s clean, secure, it’s got a great price, I’ll definitely be sticking with them over anywhere else in the city

Jennett was so helpful and friendly! She explained everything we needed to know and was very thorough! Our experience getting in and out with a large trailer went very smooth! I would recommend NSA storage to anyone needing a storage unit!

Jeanette is absolutely amazing and made the process so easy! The property is always very clean and has great curb appeal. We only rented there for about 6 months but if we ever need a unit in the future this will be our first choice!

I used NE Self storage for about 3 years. The management for the site does an excellent job in communicating as well as providing a very clean and safe area. I would highly recommend this location for any personal or business storage needs.

Jeanette made the rental process super easy. She was very professional and informative. She is good at her job and an asset to Northwest ! She is one of those people who seems to like her job

They noticed I left my keys in my lock and contacted me same day. Kept them safe and returned them no problem. Super clean when I went in. Always return calls and help however they can. By far the best storage unit I've ever had :)

Sage was very helpful and got me all set up very quickly and efficiently and she’s very sweet and professional! She also gave me a free mattress protector for my bed when I move in. Very safe and secure. Highly recommend!
