Cannot speak to a real person!! I know who I want to talk to, but there is no way to ask for them. I do not want to put my SS# on the phone, not willing to do that. I guess I have to come to the bank.

Deposited money in to account at ATM and ATM had an unexpected error. Didn't deposit my cash and dudnt give it back.Branch manager Ryantold me I had to call number on receipt and wait until Loomis does an audit. Then they will send me a check in 10 days. Branch manager told me they would do a decresinary deposit, but he lied. Sad when you can't trust your bank or the people who work there.

The manager is rude, they don't like the type of checks I use and told me, they don't allow me to use drive thru because it takes 62 extra seconds to handle my transaction. No one is ever held accountable for treating people badly these days.

Went inside to complete a joint account application. They could not be more accommodating. Completed this and then was advised about new higher interest rates (always love making more money in an account. Thank you for the friendly and helpful service.

I’ve been directed to call customer service, customer service directs me back to the branch. I have been told my funds are being held and will be available on a specific date, now being told additional date to have funds available. Meanwhile I’m paying $450 A DAY to hold a home sale. This is absolutely ridiculous and you have my $20k that belongs to me and have had me running back and forth making calls that are meaningless and now I’m being told to call customer service AGAIN after they just had me call you AGAIN..... over it!

I had a ATM malfunction. After 10 days they finally credit my account. It was corporates fault. And there fault. Lack of communication between the staffThey could've done a lot better. It should have been taken care of the next business day. Very disappointed. But crap occurs. This will never happen again.

Worse bank I've never been too. I canceled with my account with them 4 years ago cause the service sucks sadly my boss still has an account here that I'm forced to go in. The Ryen guy zero personality and super rude. Im writing this review because when I call to complain nothing is done about it so just posting and letting people know about them will show awareness I hope

Not good customer service at all !!! They wouldn't take my $75 that I had because it had motor oil on it........but the one in Medford said they could take it? Don't waste your time here an go to a u.s bank anywhere else but here ! Not professional at all !

Their attitude towards working class people cashing large checks is one of resentment and jealousy, primarily stemming from the manager that has been with this branch for at least 9 years, during which time myself and others have had unbelievable problems on the few occasions we are forced to deal with this branch.
