This location is definitely not service-oriented, perhaps even discriminatory. Studio employee didn't answer the phones for interested customers to inquire on their availability. Moreover, the employee did not greet the potential customers in-person, remained texting on her phone, and rudely answered questions. It's a shame she treated customers that way, but ultimately reflects the business' values. The "Welcome" sign on the door displayed more hospitality.
