I was very warmed by the customer service of Hulbert’s flowers recently. I received hours that were to be delivered to someone else in time of loss and the unnamed company did not provide information to contact the original florist. When I contacted Hulbert’s I was greeted with concern and professionalism and we together tried to figure out who the delivery was from. I contacted the recipient and plan to deliver those myself. In the process, Hulbert’s delivered ME flowers with the thank you and a smile although they were wereNOT the ones who made the mistake. The level of professionalism Hulbert is known for is the reason they are still thriving. My loyalty to Hulbert’s is forever solidified. Thank you Hulbert’s for being part of our community!

Great flower selection. I sort of picked the wrong flowers from their grab and go selection. When I got home I called and they were really nice about me coming back and getting the right ones that were a bit more cheerful for the mood. Very nice people.

Amazing customer service and an absolutely stunning floral arrangement.I ordered flowers online through their website for someone who experienced a death in their family. Ordering online was easy, the flowers were delivered on time and they were immaculate. I am extremely grateful to Hulbert’s flowers and to Gary for helping me with this order.

$75 of flowers asked for roses received one (1) this was not a special holiday and we picked up we order flowers from all over even Los Angeles where everything is expensive but this is disappointing when I called to ask how much she charged Jill said the $75 seems very dishonest as maybe this is worth $50? Many of the flowers where browning as well as much as we like to support family owned business we will need to go elsewhere in canby.

I work with Gary at this floral shop. We had a terrible family tragedy last year and Gary was really wonderful about helping me by phone when I couldn't stop crying. Now, he helps me twice yearly with the memorial and birthday flowers. I tell him what I want and the prettiest bouquets are delivered. What more can you ask for?

I’ve shopped here for several years. I’ve ordered tea table centerpieces, sympathy, get well, just because, and have never been disappointed. When placing an order at Hulbert’s I confidently check it off my list. Oh! And I love their grab and go bouquets!
