Great pharmacy besides the difficulty of getting someone on the phone because of their automated system (dial 0 to the first automated voice prompt then another 0 after that to reach a person). They take OHP & GoodRX, all of the staff are Very helpful, if you need a prescription ready sooner they are usually able to accommodate your needs, they answer any questions you have and communicate very well with the prescribing physicians to solve any miscommunications or problems. In early 2024 they took on all of Rite Aid's customers but they handled it well and are back to working really efficiently just as before.

Out family has used the Fred Meyer Pharmacy for many years. The service is excellent and they are well staffed with appropriate professionals.
We refill prescriptions, update vaccines and just plain ask for advice occasionally.
The staff is always very busy but takes time with you when needed so you can be confident in their services.

These people have no issue wasting your time and their attitude makes it seem like they enjoy doing so. For your own peace of mind go somewhere else.

They will mess up your perscription MULTIPLE times and make every bit of it your problem. You will have perfect prescriptions legal and signed be denied because of some non existent picture of said prescription which is actually just a written order that is signed by a doctor.. I've been unable to get my rehab meds for over a month now due to them "taking over" rite aides scripts. Worst pharmacy ever which is why I left years ago. I'm stuck here. Don't go here if you can help it, they suck and they're rude and they refuse to help with anything and are Very very compartmentalized on purpose.

Did our first pick up order today, everyone knows I am not a fan of grocery shopping! I was pretty hesitant on ordering produce but wow was I shocked when the strawberries, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, oranges, and mushrooms were all amazing quality. They were all like I hand picked them myself! They came out and even loaded all my groceries for me! I would def recommend this store for not only quality food but for great pick up service too!

I've been going here for years and didn't start having problems until I started using their pickup and delivery services which only goes to show you if you want something done right you've got to do it yourself. Their pickup service is fine although I never once got everything I ordered. Most people would trust that item is out of stock but, having worked in the industry years ago, I know "out of stock" means "half an hour past break time and I don't feel like looking for this". I don't blame the people who pick the groceries. That is the sort of employee you should expect if you're not willing to pay a living wage so, I showed solidarity by going into the store to grab the "out of stock" items myself. However, after trying their delivery service, not getting my groceries delivered, calling customer service twice, being told by one person my groceries weren't coming, being told by another they would only be a little late, getting an email rescheduling my groceries four days late, calling customer service to cancel, then having to go to the website to cancel it myself, being charged for the groceries that never came, I am now officially done with Fred Meyer. It's okay to give bad service from time to time. It happens. But the very least they could have done is told me they were having issues with my order. Appalling lack of professionalism and absolutely no regard for the customers.

This review is mainly focused on their deli/sushi section of the store. I stop in this location regularly to grab items to make dinner or a quick grab of a few items. They generally have easy parking. I was especially happy on a night this month that we were having a birthday dinner for my daughter. She decided that she'd like a sushi night. Instead of trying to get trays, last minute, from a restaurant I ran into Fred Meyer to see what they had to offer. They had some great options ready made!! I chose a bunch of different trays and headed home to make a dinner spread. We added rice and pan fried noodles made at home and it was a great birthday dinner. Everyone was happy and a big bonus, that I ALWAYS worry about with raw fish items, no one had any upset stomachs.I've always been happy with meats, cheeses, grab and go items, and now the sushi from this specific store.

Used to love going here for one stop shopping for everything but lately the store has not been stocked with fruits, vegetables and herbs. It's made it a bit frustrating not being able to get essential produce and going elsewhere for ingredients. The quality or produce available has not been great either. Overall, I guess it's a convenient place shop if they have the items you're looking for in stock.

Pharmacy customers BEWARE! The young girl (mid-20s) pharmacist with blonde/ash grey hair is truly abominable and a menace to society. I witnessed her berate two older female customers on 12/23 at 9:30am -- this act can only be seen as ageism and discrimination. When standing up to her, she became enraged and spewed insults and insinuated that we were all dumb/stupid. She made comments of "the big red sign" being too difficult for us to read -- her condescending tone was through the roof and there is no place in this world (or for someone in a customer service job) for that behavior. She was foul-mouthed, atrocious, and deserves to be fired. Someone in the customer service industry should not treat customers in the manner that she did. Her attitude was condescending and caused anxiety to the guests trying to pick up their prescriptions. I only wish I recorded her atrocious behavior so Fred Meyer has more proof (assuming she has a very large HR file) to terminate her. There were several witnesses in the pharmacy -- most folks behind the counter were shaking their head at her behavior. Clearly, this is a common occurrence.

If your looking for a genuine, pure grocery shopping experience go to the Cutsforth market. You'll be supporting a family business and having a better experience in the process. Fred Meyer's always feels too busy and the workers never seem to care. Its a maze and when you ask for help navigating the employees are bothered...
