*********** stay away**********. Spent a week in Bend recently. Needed an Rx filled and had my doctor fill it at this store. I came to the store at different times for 4 days in a row and during business hours. Each time the pharmacy was closed and each time I was given a different excuse as to why. I am happy what I needed was not life or death. Do your business anywhere is. This place is absolutely the WORST place of business I have ever been to. ***** stay away *****

Worst pharmacy I’ve been to. It’s quite impressive, actually. They’re very consistent. After 7-8 trips and hours wasted to pick up 3 prescriptions, I’ve learned that it wasn’t a fluke. Just don’t do it!

SECOND UPDATE: I’m really enjoying life without Walgreens. You can too!DUMP WALGREENS!!!UPDATE: Transferred Rx to WalMart. They actually know what they’re doing. Dump Walgreens!***********The place is short of staff. We get that. It's happening all over Bend, and everyone has to compromise. But they have given up. It's like a third world nation, with misinformation, crazy delays, and a staff that seems so incredibly frustrated that they just go with the very slow flow.Use the online ordering process? It will tell you lies. Call them up? You will be hung up on...multiple times. Assume they have given you an accurate time estimate? Ha Ha Ha Ha! Tell them about the problems you are having? Good luck getting anything more than "there's nothing we can do about it..."

A quick pinch and stop store, huge pharmacy delays and incredibly clean and simple everything a human needs store for small item stops too

I went days without a medication I needed simply because no one picked up the phone. And I couldn’t fill my medication at a different pharmacy until they canceled the order. I’m in a different state so I was completely stuck.I empathize with the staff here, but Walgreens really needs to staff this location properly or consolidate.

Walgreens electronic system does not keep track of your prescriptions so I often run out of my meds. I called today to refill a prescription and I have been on hold for 1 hours and 20 minutes and counting.

Let’s all switch to Amazon Pharmacy and put these guys out of business. You pretty much need to take vacation time off work to go to the pharmacy because you can expect to wait in line for at least one or two hours. And don’t even think about coming during their obscure lunch hours. Oh and as soon as you get to the front they’ll let you know their system is down and you’ll need to come back some other time. Never again

Everytime I come to fill a prescription at this location, I hear someone in line upset with the service here. I can understand that people can feel frustrated with the wait or if their medication is on back order but I must say, the staff are working their butts off and if they could work faster, they would. They have always been kind and you can see that they are doing their best and always keep their cool when customers lash out at them and treat all customers with respect even if it's not reciprocated often.I wish more people could see past the inconveniences that covid had thrust upon all industries and acknowledge that the pharmacy staff are doing a great job. Our world changed so much since 2020 and that's not their doing. The had to pivot and make adjustments just like everyone else.Other pharmacies have closed in town causing them to take on the extra load and more people are utilizing medications than ever before.I'm grateful they still remain open and I hope they know that they are important and valued.

I'm done with Walgreens pharmacy. Used to be the best in town but no more. Now the worst. I just went in to pick up the meds I called in last Wednesday. Today is Tuesday. On the call they said they would be filled by 3 pm that day. I didn't get a chance to get down there until Thursday after work.... Oops they close an hour earlier than their Hwy 20 store so getting there at 5:10 was 10 minutes too late. So I had to stretch the meds I had left while I was out of town over the weekend. I come in to the store today to pick them up only to find they were NEVER entered in their system to be refilled. So I have to wait again... No ETA on when they will be done since they are short staffed. What is going on? Why does no one want to work there? Why are their workers incompetent and tell me one thing but sabotage me regardless. 9 months ago, their other store on Hwy 20 screwed up my refill request because their staff refused to take my new insurance info even though I told them I had new insurance but the guy assured me it was already in their system. This delayed my refill by about 2 weeks as I recall. Never again.

This has got to be the worst Walgreens I have ever frequented. Every single time I ordered photos and it's pre-paid there's nobody there to assist and or they make you wait in one line at the till. although you see other staff members casually walking around what appears to be doing nothing. Not to mention all of the workers are quite rude.

Please, if you can, just go to Fred Meyer for prescriptions. I'm sure Walgreens is just understaffed, etc., but if you have a busy schedule it's really not worth the time. 30+ minutes on hold just to ask when a fill will be ready (after it's 3 hours later than initially stated), being told it WILL be ready and not getting it at all until you go in store to bother them (which even then still takes 30+ minutes). And this is consistent with every time I've tried to pick up here. Highly recommend Fred Meyer. Efficient, on time, and they have a drive-thru. Staff are really nice too.

Can't give 0 stars - that's too bad. I get staffing problems, but can you shift your hours to 9 to 6 maybe so people who DO work can shop here? So frustrated and am thinking Walgreens isn't worth the effort.

Only open until 5? Nothing on the shelves? SHUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOWN. honestly the best thing that could happen to this place is if a fire broke out and it burned to the ground. Literally go anywhere else unless you want to die while waiting an eternity for your prescription to be filled. Also quit blaming this on the wages when it's clearly only a problem at this location. I've been to dozens of Walgreens and it's NEVER like this. All the employees here should be fired without severance or unemployment.

I don't know why there are such the haters on Yelp for this store. I had forgotten my medicine at home while vacationing in SunRiver and had my doctor call the Rx in. As soon as the Rx's came in they processed them and let me know they were done. There was a glitch on the doctors side but it got ironed out. The pharmacy tech was super helpful, gracious and friendly and the pharmacist filled it quickly. I was so thankful for the quick and friendly service. I was worried after seeing all the terrible reviews, but my experience was a good one. Keep up the good work pharmacy! Thank you for the cheery service!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Their website, text service, and the staff there does not communicate so you'll get different answers from each one. They take about three weeks to fill a prescription so please do not go here for emergencies ever. They don't answer the phone ever either. The lines are horribly backed up too. Good luck dealing with them at all.The store itself is filled with empty shelves and they can't even keep employees.Maybe if this huge corporation payed people a livable wage they wouldn't have such bad stores.
