Do not come here!!! Awful service and they tried to sell me scratched sunglasses. I had to wait at the counter for 20 mins before anyone would even come.... worst experience and staff ever. One lady was nice and called for help 3 times over the intercom, but 3 of the empty register employees were too lazy to come help. Once they came, they tried to convince me to buy damaged sunglasses at full price. Shady business and horrible staff. I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from this place.

I just purchased an Oregon fishing license. I asked about the Columbia Basin Endorsement. The young man says the normal license covers everything on this map. Come to find out he showed me a picture of the Basin Endorsement. Then I called and no matter what extension I entered I’d not get a human being or a voicemail.

I ordered a fishing vest online because it said I could pick it up the next day. It was the only one available in the state so I decided to drive 2.5 to go fishing in Bend and pickup the vest. That morning after I was already on the road, I got an email saying the order was delayed and will be there in a week. I went to the store to try to get it sent to my local store or get a refund. They could not change anything about where the order is being sent or give me a refund. I then had to email customer service and they would only refund $15 of the $60 purchase. Now I'm not getting any response and I'm not able to make the 5 hour drive again soon.

Great spot for gear, but when I purchased my full sized 9mm and red dot, they had to file down the site to get it to fit and then they were unable to get it out to replace the battery. Just make sure to do some research on the accessories you purchase and don't just buy from convenience. Great customer service otherwise though!

Great customer service, large selection of fishing supplies. Hunting supplies may fluctuate but you may be able to order on line if not in stock. Lots of outdoor gear selections. Prices may be a little high for me but they often have good sales. I still recommend Sportsman Warehouse.

I visited gun section 3 times. First time I Left after 5 minutes because could have been up to an hour wait. Second visit I stood first in line at counter and was not acknowledged for at least 15 minutes, took an hour to complete transaction. Third visit was at least 15 minute wait in line by myself but a new trainee at least acknowledged me and tried to eventually help.
