Amazing customer service! Came here to drop off a package return for Abercrombie and had the best experience! I did not have a box or bag with me and needed to purchase one. The employee helped me try a bag first and then a box once the bag didn’t fit everything! It was only $3 for the box and amazing customer service! The store was spotless and smelled amazing thanks to the soaps they had for sale. Great little selection of bend gifts and amazing postal services! Will be going here for anything mail related from now on!

Over the years we have utilized this Postal Connections quite a few times. The service is always good. But today the gentleman working there was particularly helpful with my passport photo and getting the application etc mailed off for me. Thank you again!

Noah...what an excellent guy! Great customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm only asking intelligent questions...lol! This is the place to go for package delivery. Plus, they always have fun little extras to buy! Still wearing my leather and string bracelet I bought there in 2020!

Not a single issue with incoming or outgoing shipments out of this location. I have had endless issues with other locations, and
I mean theft and other issues. Logistics is key in owning a business and this place is key. They even stayed open in the worst of conditions.

Too short of operating hours, closes at 6 on weekdays and 4 on Saturday so if you have a day
job it's impossible to get your mail here

I have been a loyal customer of this location for years and I normally love their service and hope to update this review at a later time. BUT the customer service has really fallen by the wayside here of late. I pay $$ for a PO Box here and they've NEVER once sent me a reminder to renew my service and they just let it expire and blame me for it. This has happened 2 times now and now the manager threatened to not let me have a box anymore because of it. I've paid the money every time I realize it's been a while and they act like they're doing me a favor when they won't even communicate with me that it's time to renew. Very unprofessional. Luckily there was a nice lady behind the counter who helped me without the attitude that I'm some albatross for giving them $200 to put my name on a box. Give me a break.

Very disappointed! Wanted to send a gift today. I walked in at 5:50p and was told they were closed, even though their sign says they close at 6:00p. This business should never close early, especially during the holiday season. The response they gave me when I asked why they were closing early, “it’s been a long day” Really?! Very unprofessional in my opinion!

Super kind! I don't know what all the not kind reviews are for! I mail my packages out from here daily and never had a problem. Helped me figure out passport information too. Even when I needed some tape they helped me out. Thank you for everything guys!

Needed a place to get our mail while Temporarily in Bend. Cost is very reasonable and location convenient to our temporary home. I miss understood part of the process and needed to resolve the issue. The manager was very accommodating and the issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend this location.

I was actually stunned today when I visited Postal Connections at the south Bend location. Usually, it is a pleasant and friendly place of business. Today, however, the customer service was abhorrent. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. The man behind the desk was very nice at first. There were 3 customers in front of me and I patiently waited for my turn. I had some in memorium cards I designed for an acquaintance's Celebration of Life. I wanted to get a proof of what one card would look like before I had them printed. He printed them out 4 to a sheet and gave them to me. I asked if he could cut just one card so I could see what the card would like size-wise etc. He got mad at me and said "I actually prefer not to do that." I was unsure what he meant and I said, "I am sorry, I don't understand." He ripped my USB drive out of his computer and banged it down on the desk and told me to take my stuff and leave! Thoroughly confused, I said, "I am sorry. I didn't mean to offend you." He said, "Just take your stuff and leave." I took my stuff and I left. I have absolutely no clue why I was treated in this manner. Consider this a zero star review.
