Excellent customer service and friendly and helpful staff. The ladies were so helpful in offering clothing suggestions and also helping me find the perfect shoe! The planet dies, and we rip the wounds deeper to sell the blood in a cute polyester coat ?The cloth I require to affirm my identity comes in droves, in little metal boxes across from the sea.I love the way I look standing Infront of forests in my 80 dollar flip flops. Thank you outside in!

Owner assumed I was a homeless person when I walked through the door. I was there to climb the sisters. Asked about a fanny pack and she shouted NOOO and pointed me out the door. Extremely rude.

This place has all you need for an outdoor lifestyle. I loved the wide variety of styles and clothes for every size of person and gender. It not only has amazing and kind staff but the store looks great and is always clean and well kept. The staff at this store are amazing and the shop owner is often there and working on the floor like any other employee, they are so helpful and always willing to help you find i shoe size or just a new water bottle. And maybe the best part is they love animals and everyone is welcome. Highly recommend this store!

I very rarely write reviews, but I wanted to make sure I reviewed this shop based on the wonderful experiences I have had as a customer here. Outside In has been my go to store for shoes: they have high quality shoes (including Danskos and Red Wings), good prices, and kind, extremely knowledgeable sales people. Shopping here led me to discover that I had been wearing shoes too big for a very long time, and I likely never would have found out if it wouldn't have been for Sarah, the sales lady, who helped size my shoes correctly. I have been back several times since, and today I had yet another great experience when I was shopping for a pair of Red Wings. I had been to two Red Wings stores in the past week, and neither of them had my size. I remembered that they sold them at Outside In, and sure enough, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Sarah once again went the extra mile: she was very polite and put a lot of thought into making sure the size I purchased was the correct one. I even had the pair of Danskos I was wearing oiled for free. Truly an amazing store. :)

I am so glad to have found this shop!!! I purchased the most amazing pair of Red Wing boots here. Yes, they have shoes :) If it wasn't for the friendly staff I may have walked away without trying them on, & that would have been a shame. I work in these beauties in the fields & they are super cute with a dress as well. Thank you ladies for the lovely shopping experience.

The people who work there are snooty, and quit homophobic. My daughter was treated like dirt while she was there. The manager is rude and self righteous. Very unprofessional atmosphere, would not recommend. Way over priced, can get the same items elsewhere at a better price. Places like this are making Bend a horrible place.

I came here looking for Danskos for work, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted! The staff was very knowledgable about Danskos and helped me find the perfect style and size. (Thank you Tamara!) This was my first visit to Outside In. I was on a mission for shoes, but I'll definitely have to go back soon because they carry some of my favorite brands of casual clothes.

The owner/manager came over and told me all about some shoes and really gave me great advice and input. I wasn’t ready to purchase unfortunately but I figured the least I could do was share my very positive experience with them!
