We have been coming to the Danner store in Bend once a year for a while to purchase work boots and shoes for everyone at our automotive shop. We all love the comfort and quality of the boots. Braden helped us recently and has in years passed too. Customer service has always been on point and our shop crew is always excited for our field trip once a year to get new boots and shoes here.

I loved my Danner's for awhile. Unfortunately after somewhere between 2-3 years I have some seams splitting and what not. Pretty disappointing for work boots that were not ever worked in. I come to learn maintenance through Danner is no cheaper than private repair and warranty only lasts a year (what good is a one year warranty on boots?!) a 400$ buy in and 150$ every two years is not justifiable, so unfortunately I will be replacing my Danner's with another brand.
Danner gets two stars tho for making boots that are really nice for about a year or two.

In May I bought a pair of Danner's Vicious 8" boots at this store. The man who had helped me select the pair in the first place had been very helpful, patient, and played great music. The boots were for an upcoming conservation crew month long job and broke them in thoroughly beforehand. The boots held up wonderfully, kept my feet dry and comfortable, and even now are in great condition. I wholly recommend these boots for hiking, working, anything outdoors, because they'll do anything you need them to.

I stopped by the store in hopes they would help me with my current pair of Danner boots. The Team at the Bend store exceeded my expectations. David and Brayden helped me find the best solution and into some new boots! Local small business minded service from an Oregon based company.

My wife and I visited this store looking for some shoes for her. We worked with the associate on duty, David. He was very accommodating, taking the time to answer all of our questions and happily bringing out various shoes until she found the one she really liked. We will certainly return to Danner of Bend and hope we can work with David again. Best, david hutchings

It takes forever for me size and find the right shoe. I have never had such a great experience and ended up leaving with the 8"black Quarry and brown Bullrun Christy.Thanks for amazing customer service and support.I won't buy anywhere else. But hopefully won't need to for a little while.Thanks again you three!You will never know how grateful I am for happy feet.
