Had been going here for the last 15-20 years. Won't be going there anymore. Got $3000 worth of work done and they forgot to screw in the spark plugs. Will be going to another shop to see what else they forgot to do.

Thai is always able to take a look at a car within a day or two. His prices are reasonable and is willing to install parts if you bring them to him (not something that other shops are willing to do.) There's also been times when he charged be zero dollars when it was just a quick inspection.

Im taking back my raving review bc i came in to fix my windshield wipers and they have not been fixed. I took my van back three times and spent well over half a grand. On the third time Tai said it may be electrical and he "fixed it"
Well we got back to the house and the windshield wipers still dont work. The next morning my car wouldnt even start and if we try to jump it the alarm goes off constantly and wont stop.
My car went from a windshield wiper fix to an electrical breakdown of the car and has only gotten worse.

Very disappointed in the way that Thai reviewed the issues and presented them to me with a outrageous cost to repair. When attempting to have the vehicle removed from his property to gain a second opinion he denied the tow truck to take the car without contacting me and claimed he had a outstanding amount due of $55 for a simple battery charge which was never conveyed. Make sure you are very careful with this shop as the owner is only looking out for his best interest and not that of his customer.
