Drew and crew are some excellent folks. They've got quite a bit of advice to give and are well versed in the biking all over the state. I spent quite a bit of time here over several visits to get my hub warrantied and it was clear to me that they are well liked in the community by the volume and quality of interactions with friends of the shop checking in. A true model of what a LBS should be.

As their oldest and dearest customer, I think I am in the unique position to give the definitive review. The folks here are cool and have been super helpful when I come in loaded with dumb questions and weird ideas.The work they've done on my bikes has consistently been great.

The urban wheels is a great bike shop with knowledgeable staff. I originally brought my fork in for a rebuild and the turn around time was so fast that I decided to have them help with more stuff on my bike as well. I was in the process of building up a custom titanium full suspension pinion bike and they helped me get it all dialed in when other shops didn't even what to touch my bike. From now on this is my go to shop for all my bike needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Ebike was adjusted even though 3 other stores wouldn't touch the bike. It was quick easy and worth the trip. I will come back. Thank You for bending policy to work on an ebike that you don't sell.

Took my mountain bike there today because I had a erratic problematic shifting. Within a few hours they had my bike back in my hands shifting perfectly. The price was incredibly reasonable so much so that I added a tip! I’ll definitely be returning to this shop for all my future work and purchases. Excellent team

The Urban Wheeler is truly a great shop. I haven't had a lot of work done here yet (just a tubeless setup installed), but if and when I need work done, it will be coming here. The guys at the shop are all super cool and even gave me some info on trails. The young bucks in the shop are very well spoken and I was happy to talk with them for a bit about the electrical trade. All in all, a fantastic shop with even better people!
