My husband had wanted an Omega Speedmaster Professional forever! We definitely wanted to buy local and were thrilled to find an Omega authorized dealer relatively close to our home. We called Smith and Bevill and spoke with Bill Bevill who confirmed they had the watch in stock. He warned us he had some appointments but to come in. Bill was great! He was busy but still took very good care of us. He was so knowledgeable and we learned some interesting facts. The watch is beautiful and we had a great buying experience thanks to Bill!Happy Anniversary Dear!

Smith and Bevill’s customer service is top notch. They perfectly resized my grandmother‘s ring and hand polished it so it looked brand new. I’m looking forward to going back!

I had an amazing experience shopping at their Store. Angela was really helpful in walking me through their Omega collection. She answered all of my questions and let me try different models on before I got the Seamaster. Overall it was an amazing customer experience!

I’ve had my eye on the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch since shortly after starting work at NASA in 1991. Last weekend, I finally purchased my own piece of history. Mr. Bevill educated my son and I regarding the various models which really helped me make my final decision. Bill’s personal history serving on the USS Hornet for the recovery of the Apollo 11 crew added further to the provenance of the purchase. It was a pleasure meeting you Bill and I look forward to seeing you again in the future. I don’t think you could meet anyone more knowledgeable of the Omega watch product line and tradition than Bill Bevill. I’d highly recommend paying him a visit if you are in the market for an Omega.

Called asking about a specific omega watch, was told the store just got one but they needed to call three other customers first to see if they wanted before me. Was told some people had been waiting multiple years for that opportunity (context Apollo 8 watch). Immediately called omega boutique who ordered one that day and had for me 2 weeks later. (Fun fact, the one they had isn't even the one I asked about).Note to public: omega watches are not Rolex watches. Non boutiques have funny ways of convincing you to buy a used or different watch they have in stock.Summary: this was either, gross incompetence or sleazy. Either way, I took my business to a reputable dealer and was treated respectfully and honestly. Don't recommend.

Great experience! We were looking to support a local jeweler in the area and were delighted to find Smith and Bevill Jewelers. Thankfully, this is not a generic, big box store. It is a classy, family-owned store with a beautiful selection of high-quality jewelry. I was hoping to find a simple, elegant, and timeless setting for my engagement ring and was pleased to find one there. We took a look at some neighboring jewelry stores and there was absolutely no comparison in quality, design, and selection. Imagine Walmart compared to Nordstrom. Angela took care of having our heirloom diamond measured, she ordered a custom setting (platinum crown with yellow 18k gold band), had it set with the diamond once it arrived, and appraised just in time. I found the price to be reasonable and well worth it given the personalized service, excellent design and craftsmanship, and quick turnaround time for a custom setting. Thank you, Angela!

I LOVE my new, custom ring! Angela was so helpful in the design, small changes to make the finished product just stunning. This is the second custom ring Smith and Bevill has done for me, the first was my bridal set. I will only go to Smith and Bevill for my jewelry needs.

I had a great experience working with the staff at Smith & Bevill to replace my custom engagement ring after the original was damaged. Angela Bevill was very friendly and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. In addition to helping me select a new stone and arranging for a jeweler to make the custom band, Angela also helped me navigate the insurance claim process. I really appreciated how well Angela listened to my requests and brought them to fruition. I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend Smith & Bevill to anyone looking for superior quality jewelry.

I have a very satisfied experience recently with Smith & Jewelers at the store. When I picked up my gift item from the store, Angela and other store members are very friendly and also very knowledgeable on the product they sell. They tell me the very details on the product history, registration process, and the user care. I highly recommend the store to anyone who is interested to buy an expensive gift.

Amazing staff. My go to for Omega, Frederique Constant, William Henry, and vintage watches. I've been coming here for years for their amazing knowledge on watches, their amazing collections, and just their friendly atmosphere. Not only do they offer fair and good deals, but they are friendly and open to teaching you about their wares. Highly recommended in my books.

I trusted Smith & Bevill Jewelers with our wedding rings 13 years ago and one of the lasting impressions from my time at the store (in addition to the wonderful service and support) was the amazing Omega watches. I knew one day I'd be back. Well, this week I was lucky enough to make the decision to return and left with a timepiece that will last a lifetime. I'd go nowhere else!

I cannot recommend Smith and Bevill and specifically Angela enough! Was looking for a special first watch to honor my father who passed a few years ago and stopped by to look at some Omegas. I was helped by Angela who not only helped me find the perfect watch, but also let me try on any other piece I was curious about. That is not something that many watch dealers do but is much appreciated. Throughout the process we had a nice conversation and it made the time fly. It really warms my heart to be able to receive this level of customer service in 2023 from a family owned business and they have made a customer for life. Also, I can’t guarantee it but I was lucky enough to stop by when they had two little Wiener Dog puppies who had just joined the family. That was just the icing on the cake! If you need a nice watch or some jewelry, this is the place to go. Thanks!

My now fiancé and I worked with Angela to design my engagement ring. I wanted a pear solitaire diamond. Angela sourced different diamonds for us to choose from and then helped me settle on the perfect setting. The entire experience was easy and relaxing and so much fun. The entire family was so warm and excited for us and that made the experience that much sweeter. And I love my ring!! Couldn't be happier.
