They can’t handle appointment time. My appointment was at 9:45 morning time and I waited over 20 min until I was called. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful. Don’t deal with them.

Excellent patient care and service. Called, immediately got an appointment scheduled. Day of mammogram I was greeted with a smile. Taken back on time. Exactly what I expected during my exam. Waited 6 minutes, called in to have my bone density test done next. My results were posted within 8 hours. My doctor had also received both reports. Next steps are clear as to what I will be discussing with my physician. I will never go to another clinic or hospital.

Rayus Imaging is exceptional. I generally attend the Bethany location and the staff are always very kind, patient and helpful. The offices are clean and maintained at a comfortable temperature year round; I've been there in the winter and summer. The speed with which records are delivered to physicians is amazing, so one doesn't have the dreaded waiting for diagnosis.

Everyone was so kind and warm and helpful. They made an uncomfortable process almost pleasant because the staff was so nice and compassionate.

The receptionist as well as th technician were extremely personable and kind. Everything was explained in easy to comprehend language, and respectfully given.

Everything went very smoothly except I have not received a letter with my results, nor is it in MyChart. I was told I would either receive a call that day or a letter in a couple of days. It’s been a week now.
