decided to go here because they offered a warranty and were close plus they had what I needed. I asked a lot of questions making sure we were putting on the exact tires I wanted so everything matched and they were quick to answer all of them! After they were finished I noticed the wheel weight a little crooked and they fixed it real quick which made me happy I sometimes feel like that customer nobody wants because I’m so picky about things but they were very professional and I’m hoping I have good luck with these tires and hope to do more business with them in the future!

Service oriented but can miss important details when busy. They - for the most part - honored a winter changeout price rider that was written when I purchased snow tired at a sister location. However, they failed to put wheel dressing on the left-sided tires and had sealant still on the tire. More than this, the valve stem on the other side wasn’t sufficiently tightened resulting in loss of tire pressure from 50 psi to 30 over the course of 12 hours. This was fixed/remedied at the Pacific Highway Discount Tire where I had purchased the tires from initially. Could’ve been problematic and caused some issues with additional legwork needed to address what initially appeared to be a flat tire.

The place I go for tire related issues. They once repaired a flat for a tire I hadn't bought from them, and didn't pressure me, even then. That's when they earned my loyalty.
[Update: They wouldn't patch a tire because of low tread, but when I asked another employee to measure the tread, he said it wasn't so bad]

Excellent service each time I come here. Make an appointment ahead of time, I makes everything a lot quicker. They can update what stage of service with through text messages.

I was forced to go to Schwab cause AAA only towed for free within three miles of my place and i was in a bind...

I consider this shop a hidden gem. I had a TPMS light that needed addressing, and I was helped quickly and professionally. They have a spacious, clean waiting room with clean padded seating too. Definitely a pleasant experience!

I dunno, long time customer and a few years ago I would have given Discount Tire 5/5 stars.
The other day I set up my tire rotation appointment and roll in with rear tires 6/10 wear and front tires 4/10 wear. Guy checks it out and informs me that my tires were purchased in 2017 and a little over 6 years old. He then goes on to explain that since I back into my driveway every day, that while the "main treads" of my tires are 4/10, the edge is worn down to 2/10 and he recommends I get all new tires.
I thank him for the concern and ask to have them rotated while I pull together some money for new tires soon. He then informs me that he wasn't making a recommendation, he is refusing to help me. Unless I buy brand new tires, and throw the half used ones away he will not help me in any way.
I told him, what he's doing is basically sending me to another tire shop, I need them rotated regardless, and he shrugged at me?
So after leaving my appointment at Discount, I walk in to another tire shop, tell them I need help, they help me and I'm out the door in 20 min no appointment needed.
I get the economy is tight right now and gas and groceries are expensive, but telling customers they must throw away their half used tires right away and purchase new ones isn't going to help, I'll be getting my tires at the store that helped me.

The discount tire team is always excellent! I was in and out in under an hour for a full set swap and purchasing certificates. My go company for tires. They keep service very consistent location to location.
