Great craft store. The lighting inside is very low. Made it hard to see but lots of cool stuff

Showed up at 7:55 (they close at 8) to get a single item that my daughter desperately needed for a project she was in the middle of last minute. I sprinted there as fast as I could to get there before 8. The girl working literally locked the door in my face as I ran to the door. I begged my situation thru the locked door very politely and she had the nastiest attitude and while looking down at the floor yelling “We’re closed! We’re closed!” in the nastiest tone and wouldn’t make eye contact. At least look me in the eye if you’re gonna be a jerk but honestly it was how she handled it and her incredibly nasty tone that has rubbed me the wrong way. If she was polite I probably would have never even left a review and went on with my day. I’m not a complainer and I usually only leave positive reviews.
I do understand wanting to go home after a long day. I spent most of my career in the service industry and have done a stint in retail (in which would we have been fired if we closed even a minute early). However it’s a bunch of snotty teenagers running the place with little to no knowledge of what they’re even selling. All of which also have no idea what good customer service looks like.
The place is so horribly overpriced compared to everywhere else anyway but it was convenient for a single item as it’s near my house. I’m done with this place.

If I could have done zero, I would have. I walked in to get crafting items and they had a hiccup with their register. The transaction showed "accepted" on my side and for a moment the cashier saw it go through on her side and she acknowledged that, then there was a problem. The register was frozen and did not acknowledge the sale, however my phone had sent me a message that my bank got the sale. For me to leave with my items, I'd have to purchase it again and come back and get the first purchase refunded sometime later as they could refund without me being present. I said that wasn't acceptable. I was told that was the way it had to be. I couldn't take my items unless I charged again. I ended walking out without my items with some kinds of suspended receipt. I have to go back in sometime, because they couldn't tell me exactly when their system would acknowledge it, to get it refunded. So either way, I'd have to go back in to get the charge back. I asked why should I go back to support this store? Only just long enough to get my refund. Better off going to Joann's.

My first time visiting this store. It has a lot of fun crafting ideas and supplies. The store associates were kind and helpful.

Amazing selection, I was able to find everything I needed. Prices are a bit steeper than I can justify for everyday projects, but the quality more than makes up for it.

Google said it was a jewelry making warehouse but it’s more like a Hobby Lobby. Definitely not what we were looking for:

If I could rate it lower than one star, I definitely would. My typical visits to Craft Warehouse involve destressing, exploring décor, and gathering inspiration for home projects. However, today Monday May 6th, 2024, my experience was far from relaxing. While browsing for items for my project, I repeatedly declined assistance from a woman wearing a black vest. Despite my clear refusals, she persistently approached me, making me feel increasingly uncomfortable as she trailed me around the store. At one point, she even instructed me to zip up my Trader Joe's insulated bag, insinuating suspicion of theft. While I understand the need to combat theft, this approach was unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome. It's imperative for management to ensure customers feel valued and respected, regardless of security concerns. Lori's behavior was intrusive and lacked the professionalism expected in customer service roles. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I can shop without feeling scrutinized and unwelcome. Do better.
