Although I left the network due to moving out of a serviceable area I've always had a good experience with Xfinity. I came here close to closing with my kids and I was the only one there one of the ladies who worked there put bluey on for the kids. Beyond excellent service from all the staff

The customer service was great once I was able to talk to someone. However, they were very busy so I had to wait over an hour to talk to someone. You can make an appointment but you have to go I. There to make the appointment so you’ll have to come back for whatever appointment time you make.
