Matt, the owner of the shop told me that it would take four or five days to fix my Yukon Denali three days later he called told me it was all done more importantly than it being done sooner than he said the job was excellent. The car was washed, cleaned in and out. These guys are great. I highly recommend them.

I have had several good experiences and plan to go back.
He dropped off my car to my house during covid and it was beautiful. I plan to go back soon.
I think you need to be patient. This is a small town and he's extremely busy!

Matt and his son attack his daughter and get away with it and they lose customers keys and are thieves and liars. If you want someone who is abusive to disabled especially family go there if not don't go there.

I had a fender bender back home but due to timing I couldn’t get it fixed before travel. I looked up and chose coastline auto body to repair it dying my visit. They completed the repair as promised and came in right at the exact estimate. My 4 Runner looks great! Currently now heading home and no longer have to worry about my car looking banged up.Services: Painting

Matt @ Coastline Autobody did a great job on my Tahoe bumper and grill replacement. I ran over a irrigation pipe that tore them off my car. There was some delay getting parts (supply chain issues). Matt is very busy but once the parts all arrived I was scheduled and got my car back all fixed in a week. Thanks Matt!Service: Body & Trim

Our vehicle sat at Coastline from late August until early November for minor cosmetic repairs that our insurance estimated would take 8 days to complete. Matt the owner assured us weekly that the car was getting repaired. We finally gave up & retrieved our vehicle after 12 weeks and NOTHING WAS DONE. A few minutes after driving our car out of Coastline’s lot, a short distance through town, heavy smoke began pouring out of the exhaust, check engine light came on. The car was undrivable and had to be towed. No idea what happened but now the car needs engine repairs and bodywork. Cannot recommend this business. They are struggling badly & if we could give zero stars we would. Very, very disappointed. A nightmare to say the least. Thanks for nothing but a waste of time Coastline.

Wanted to give business to some place local. Spoke to Matt the current owner in late July about fixing some minor cracks & dings in our suv. Nothing terribly major,but Involved a new windshield, sunroof, and hood/side panel work. Insurance estimated 8 days of labor. Matt reviewed the estimate & said he'd order all the parts and arranged a time to drop it off a few weeks later. Our car was there from mid August until the first week of November....NOTHING WAS DONE. Matt gave excuse after excuse as to why work was delayed. We finally gave up & retrieved our car after 12 weeks. We hardly made it home before the car stopped running, heavy smoke coming out the exhaust, check engine light on. Car is undrivable, currently needs repairs AND body work. No idea what happened there. But cannot recommend Coastline Autobody. The business is struggling badly. If we could give zero stars, we would. Really hope this place figures out their problems and improves.

My experience with coastline Auto Body has been absolutely wonderful. They are good people they do good work they fixed a good amount of people's cars that I know who have confirmed how great they are. They are nice caring respectful welcoming people.

My new truck was hit by a tree in our recent storm. I had a mirror hanging and didn't know how to go about removing it. The men here dropped what they were doing, took my door apart and removed it for me right yhen and there. They also gave me a free quote! They saved my butt. I am forever greatful.
