“I notice that other reviewers are whining because of fees associated with their own bad money management. Hardly the banks fault. If you overdraw your account you will incur fees. I myself do not overdraw my accounts and have found Umpqua to be BY FAR the best bank in Ashland and an excellent regional bank overall. Never a fee. I have only made money with them since enrolling, and they frequently offer me excellent "above and beyond" customer service. Maybe that's because I maintain my balances. Go figure.”
