Drove 40 mins out for lady to tell me she can’t help me. I explained my situation to the person on the phone and she said they can help. My situation wasn’t very uncommon either. Very frustrating. I took time off for this and the lady didn’t care. She didn’t want to do my taxes. Apparently they will take too long. I was surprised that a well known company does business like this. I’m glad I found a professional to do my taxes no problem I’ll never come back here

Veena is absolutely amazing she’s done my taxes since 2006, I just adore her.I love Veena but H&R Block prices have gone up each year this year was almost $500. I had to let Veena know I’ll be doing my own next year I can’t afford to pay that much.

Not worth the money it costsSo, a new update: a few months have gone by, and I got a letter, with a check, from the IRS stating that I had drastically overpaid my taxes and not to be so careless when filling them.I'm glad that the IRS is, surprisingly, more reliable than H&R block, but changing my review from 3 stars to 1 since they can't even do taxes right.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The only nice thing about this place is the gal at the front desk. I’ve never been so disrespected by a tax preparer in my life. I use to do all my tax work through this company- first time at this office - and this experience has made it so I will never ever go back! If this company employs people like her - they’ve lost my business.

When I showed up 10 minutes before my appt and checked in, there was another lady in the lobby waiting. The tax person, Silvia which is whom I had an appt with came out and took the other client back first and said she would be with me in a couple minutes. 30 minutes go by which is now 20 minutes into what should have been my appt and they are still speaking so I told the receptionist I would be leaving. Very unprofessional to waste paying clients time. Especially when they do no come out to apologize for the delay. I appreciate the receptionist because they were understanding.

The agent I saw forgot to include a tax form in my return, which would have cost me hundreds of dollars not including penalties. She was complaining about everything the entire time I was there and took no responsibility for forgetting about my form when I asked her about it. I only found out because I declined the over priced service and went home and reviewed things. I had to think about why there was a difference between her "answer" and mine and then GUESS why it was different. I'll never take my taxes there again!
