This animal clinic is one of the best that we've gone to. This morning we were able to get right in after calling yesterday to get our little dog toenails clipped and a checkup. They are very friendly very good with animals and affordable. I highly recommend this Clinic

My poor pooch had the reaction of his lifetime and this vet got him in FAST and took such good care of my scaredy-baby. He's aggressive when he's hurt, and they not only understood, they didn't make me feel like I failed as a pet parent in the process. I'm planning on switching all our vet care here. I've had bad experiences in the area before, but we have been in here twice and it has been good and better each time.
Major thank yous to vets who don't shame and are up-front about everything. I was so nervous bringing in my pooch, but they handled it perfectly and he is doing so well now.
Major kudos to the whole staff, receptionists who are very well informed and doctors who are so patient and walk you through everything ?

The professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail from everyone on the team is lightyears ahead of other places. They really take care of your four legged homies as if they were apart of their family.

They take excellent care of my dog and cat, recommending proper tests and medications and walking me through the diagnosis process in a way that helps me understand what their symptoms mean. They go above and beyond to help my anxious cat feel comfortable when he isn't cooperating, highly recommend them for veterinary needs!

Great comprehensive exams by Dr Sánchez for my son's cat and my service dog. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule at last minute (I would never make a habit of that) for an urgency with the cat. Dr Sánchez also provided valuable info about the rabies vaccine.

I am not a client of Aloha Animal Medical Center, but I am visiting family in the area and realized I forgot to pack the special syringe required to give my dog her daily medication. I called Aloha Animal Medical Center and they were able to provide me with a syringe. The staff members I spoke to on the phone and in person were kind and professional. Thank you so much for helping me and my dog while we are away from home!

I took my 9 year old baby, Riley, in for her six month check up. I was greeted and escorted to a group very quickly. The assistant and doctor were very carried and loving toward Riley. How you treat my fur baby is indicative to my coming back for future appointments.

Original review:Dr. Thompson was very nice and very supportive. It was my first time going thru something rough like this but everyone showed care and support and they were all very nice and assuring. Momo my cat came in with glaucoma in one eye and the removal process was successful and I am very sure that Momo is going to live comfortably and will be very happy. Thank you so very much!!Update:Fast forward a few years, and Momo, my senior cat, started having frequent accidents in our new house. We initially thought it was behavioral, but after a month with no improvement, we knew something was wrong. Aloha Animal Medical Center to the rescue! They diagnosed Momo with hyperthyroidism and provided medication to regulate his levels. However, there was another challenge in store. Over the past week, Momo's vision seemed to deteriorate significantly. He began missing jumps, bumping into things, and vocalizing more frequently. A home "light test" confirmed our concerns, and upon closer inspection, a cloudiness in his remaining eye was evident.Thankfully, during our follow-up visit, Dr. Sanchez(?) reassured us that vision loss can be a natural part of aging in cats. They conducted thorough exams to rule out any pain or pressure issues, and Momo seems to be adapting well. He's even scheduled for a check-up to monitor his hyperthyroidism levels.Throughout this journey, Aloha Animal Medical Center consistently impressed us. Their competitive pricing and incredibly friendly and competent staff provided much-needed peace of mind. We're incredibly grateful for their expertise and compassionate care, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent veterinary services.

This is a response to my previous review of Aloha Animal Medical Center, and to Dr. Thompson's response in which he was not being truthful at all. First off I'd like to mention I am Christian , and I do not lie about anything , nor would I ever And Dr. Thompson is clearly lying when he said that I tried to reach over-the-counter to assault his office manager Dawn, that is a complete lie !! and completely untruthful!! If that was the case , they would've called the police on me.. To reiterate, his office manager Dawn, Unprofessionally, Had started screaming at me , In front of five customers, about the veterinary insurance that is have, that was supposed to cover the surgery, for my dog, Basically , Dawn , His office manager, did not want to help me at all in regards to the communication between them and Aloha Animal Medical Center and my insurance! I was completely an utterly embarrassed! I had asked Dawn, The office manager , very nicely if she had heard anything from the insurance , Regarding the payment and coverage, for my dogs surgery, at which point she raised her voice and started screaming at me ! In front of five customers , and after she screamed at me for about 10 to 15 minutes , that's when I said back to her , Please don't ever talk to me like that again! I very calmly said ,"I would appreciate you treating me with respect , I've been a customer here for over 10 years!" That is when Dr. Thompson came out from behind the back room, and would not even listen to anything that I said, or my side to the story at all , he totally sided with his office manager Dawn, Who has been rude not to me , And based on the reviews, to many other customers as well, that I have seen over the course of the years of his reviews! I basically think Dr. Thompson, In my opinion is afraid, of his office manager Dawn, He always has told me for years , That he's given her complete control of the office, including doing his books which I assume is his accounting! He is so scared to death of losing her, as being the office manager, and that would be the best thing that could happen , because she's been mistreating customers, like myself, for many years ! including Dr. Thompson himself! It's quite amazing to me , that he would say I was in a fit of rage , and I reached over the counter to grab his office manager Dawn, that is a complete lie, !!!!! and I would go to court on that one! He has another person working in the office named Kenny, who is really nice ! and really kind ! and who should become the office manager! In fact, , anytime , that I was inquiring about my insurance, paying for my dogs surgery , when I talked to Kenny, he was very professional, and to the point , and treated me , and my wife with the utmost kindness! But again, Dr. Thompson is afraid to speak up against his own office manager Dawn, mistreating me, as well as many other customers! I'm just relieved that I went to another vet , and very happy with my new vet. Everyone there in the new Vets office treats you with total respect, unlike Aloha Animal Medical Center , and for Dr. Thompson to blatantly lie !!! and say I was in a fit of rage , and try to reach over the counter to grab his office manager , shows you the kind of person you're dealing with, and the kind of veterinarian , that you will receive when you go to his establishment,! And his work ethics! Unbelievable!!!!! Obviously, In this review , Dr. Thompson , Is clearly lying about me being in a fit of rage ! and trying to grab an assault his office manager , I swear over my mother's life ! that's a complete lie!! I just cannot believe that he would try to lie , just to cover up for his business! So that he looks good in the public eye! It's really quite crazy!!! In my opinion, I would never never ever go to a veterinarian like Dr. Thompson ever again, nor will I ever go back to his establishment ever ever again! this is the way an over 10 year customer , a very good customer ! has been treated by this business establishment! I
